For regular prescription meds Fascino (https://www.fascino.co.th/en/) have always served me well. They are a smallish chain and seem to carry good stock levels and probably have a higher stock turnover rate than the independents. They have branches at:

Pattaya Klang (Central Pattaya Road) a bit further inland than the end of Soi Buakhao. It's on the left as you head away from the Beach.

Pattaya Tai (South Pattaya Road) about 2-300 metres inland from the Second Road junction. If you get to Tukcom you've gone too far.
