It is assumed maybe due to the distance the Chinese and other Asians will be returning to Thailand first or other mongering locations. What is missing in the discussion is first before one arrives and leave are the restrictions going to be lifted? Like Thailand are they still going to require a medical certificate within 72 hours of arrival and an insurance policy to cover minimum 100,000 baht, is there going to be a quarantine one end or both otherwise I don't think anyone is going anywhere?

My response was to OP's claim that numbers in Beijing are negligent. It has nothing to do with Mongering. It's quite well known Thailand will allow Chinese no matter what, no one is arguing will Chinese be allowed or not.

You're assuming that many countries are going to trust WHO (the Chinese PR organization) for deciding who to allow entry in. I already know many European countries won't be allowing Chinese anytime soon, good for our FKK friends, less Chinese there. But less Chinese there means, more in Thailand. Which is not great for me and for many others. Most probably they will hike up the prices moment they come and larger their numbers the higher will be the effect. Just one of the scenario.

I think it is hard if not impossible to report all the testing and data accurately most countries if not all are doing their best. Here is how I separate my opinion I look at past performance although no indication or guarantee of future performance if an individual or country in this particular case (China) has a habit of lying, holding back the truth or just providing half when it is clearly red they tell you with a straight face it is blue, the timeline is all there as to what China did regarding the virus take that history I got to be suspect as to what comes out of their mouth now and in the future I apply this same principle to P4 P too.

That's an assumption that cannot be made. Most countries only report "confirmed" cases (for whatever definition of "confirmed" they use), so the figures do not reflect the actual number of infections. In a recent test of a representative sample of people in Belgium, 4.5% of those tested had corona virus anti-bodies in their blood, so must have been infected at one time or another. 4.5% of the Belgian population is a little over 500 000, yet Belgium only officially reported less than 50 000 confirmed cases. So there is a good argument to be made that the actual infection rate may be 10 times as high as the confirmed infection rate reported. Much will depend of course on how intensive these tests are being done. Except for countries such as South-Korea, Singapore or the worst hit areas in China, testing is nowhere near what is needed to get a good view on the actual spread of the infection.

Thailand, with almost 70 million people, will have much more than the less than 3000 "officially" infected people. How much will be the real value? That's anybody's guess.

This is nothing, more jealous and political than anything! I happened to drive by yesterday in the afternoon saw a lady or two sitting outside this place lets say is owned by pure Thai so no surprise as soon as they hear " ease up " they think they can open. Out here on the Darkside you better be liked and she isn't the rent on this place is high and the girls are usually butt ugly and I mean butt ugly known also to be gambling inside. Before the virus it wasn't known for anyone going there for girls.

They must of work something out because the place was open again with a lady outside not sure they were open for usual business. Further, up small local bar called the Red bar two girls outside sitting playing on their phones but not a lot opened many have closed up shop for good.

July 63 but this seems to be a Google translate problem where "Nov" is inserted into Thai dates, of course there is only 30 days in November. 63 is Buddhist era number for 2020.
