Reason: Insulting the webmaster. I've tried to work with this guy. After he first started causing problems, I gave him his own threads in the Columbia and the Phillippines sections, and all he's ever done since then is use these threads to post attacks, threats, and recently a number of comments and photographs specifically provoking me.

Enough is enough, but I really need to just start banning the troublemakers as soon as they show that they can't get along with others, because I know from experience that they never change their behavior.
