See if you can pick-up Tramadol in Brazil. like a months supply, sans scrip.

Yes, the legal narcotics trade is interesting -- to say the least. it sure took Brazil long enough to put generic V in the hands of their people (and us).

Price is one thing; source another: always check manufacture date on meds in these tropical countries: 6 months or fresher -- max. keep the informative first-hand reportage coming.

    Vitamin V

The V from Paraguay is made by the Paraguay Government generic program, hence decent enough quality. They also have Generic Cialus and Levitra for the same price. Works great at 20c a pill, can't beat that. I have also spent 6 months in Medellin, the v from there is also Ok, slightly more expensive at 50c a pill. The Argentina stuff works out at about $1 pr pill, spent over a year in Arg testing it out. I believe the compound is very simple and cheap to make, hence most of the SA generic programs make it at a decent quality and of couse cheaply. Most are actually made by big international drug companies locally. All the generic V I have tried has worked very well, even better than the original stuff because they give less side affects IE no flushing or headaches (don't know why the original does this and the generics don't).

Brazil is the most expensive SA country at present, really don't find any bargains here, hence generic V at $3 a pill is just typical Brazilian pricing right now. Things move in cycles.......one day Brazil will be cheap again! As an aside, Argentina was one of the most expensive countries in the world as little as 50 years ago, now is great value! Cycles.....

Interestingly enough our local Medellin phamarcy would sell us anything, and I do mean anything without a prescription. Even stuff that you would need a doctor, priest and judge all to sign the prescritption in the US, he would give it to us no questions asked. Would even suggestively sell stuff with the most potent stuff IE "just 2 boxes of xxx, come on take 4 boxes, will last you longer, save you a trip". We would just walk out shaking our heads.

Brazil is more difficult to buy hard stuff without a prescription, having said that some pharmacys still sell anything without a prescritpion. These are mostly the smaller non chain places. The big chain places are quite strict now.

You can readily buy the generic in Colombia for about $1 each, sometimes less and in Argentina for about $2 each.
You're a real shop 'til you dropper ricker.

Yes. The cheapest sildenafil in S. A. Is found in Colombia.

Some of the generics work better than others. Then again, could be the girl they're working with.

Procured small stock when leaving town for Paraguay as wasn't sure what would be available in Asuncion.

Haven't seen the gelcaps or the chewable V yet in brazil. Try that before increasing dose.

    V and C and Tolerance

Speaking of V, I think I need a new generic (or the branded stuff) or a higher dose (i'm at 50). The last 4-5 sessions, I've been unable to hold a second boner after one shot, including today's session with a chica at T22 where she literally sucked me for 25 minutes nonstop trying to make a go again. I actually think she ended up sucking me soft, if that's possible, because I was semi-hard when she started and sort of went all mushy by the end. Gotta love these Brazilians for their passion and effort!

    L'uomo directions

It is not listed on the list of shop names and loja numbers on the board as you go in the mall.

Hoever, if you look on the L'uomo website there are now very clear instructions how to get to the Sigueira Campos mall and then how to find L'uomo in the shopping mall. Follow the link that Bubba Boy provided.

I also found the official instructions a mystery first time I went, and wandered about it before finding it. A number of helpful posts on the forum gave me the clues to actually locate (including looking for it from the outside of the building at the time); and also asking someone actually in the shopping centre, which I was a bit reluctant.

As for directions, its a bit misleading as you need to leave the metro and walk up the street about a 100 feet, then go into the indoor "mall".

Also, you can leave through either exit, just don't cross any streets and turn left or right respectively and then go into either entrance into the mall. Go look for the escalators and then go up. Hope that made sense.

If you walk out and entrance and it spits you out onto a "point" turn right.

If you walk out and its a street with stores all around and to your left is what looks like a mini prison or something, then go left, past the little bit of construction and then into the mall.
