I read many this topic, because I preview to go on Rio soon, and this guide will really help me!

Just a question:

You say, it's important to speak portuguese for go on 4*4, Luomo,., and you say there is many us gringos here.

But they certainly don't speak portuguese?

I speak a good espanol, and it's a little easy for me to read and understand portuguese, but very very difficult to hear and understand!

I usually stay at that end of the beach and its like a block or 2 away from the apartment, so will visit for sure. How much they charge to play?

Walking around this neighborhood this week, have not seen any cards being handed out for this place, which makes me think it's no longer open.

I found this place accidentally and read the guide of 2004 or 5 thinking it was most recent.

Then I saw you going to do the update, and today finally posted it, so today I had to register and read the whole thing.

Very interesting and detailed thank you.

But can I please ask for some advice?

The five of us are travelling to Rio soon, I think either Copa or Ipanema is where we staying.

And the thing is: We are not the Termas type.

We actually preffer to take a girl at night, and spend time with her all night or what ever.

When Help was open, was the ultimate place for us

But now its closed, I read about the Barbarella and the other club, and a bit not so sure.

So basically

Ca any one advise me a good place to find nice hot gdp's with the actual intention to bring back to the apartment?

Club 53 (Rua Sá Ferreira, 53, Copacabana) is centrally located in the home turf of most Rio visitors and, thus, very convenient when you just absolutely have to get laid immediately! This place opened in April of 2008. It’s located one the block just above (away from the beach) Av. NS de Copacabana. Club 53 opens at 2pm and closes at midnight, Monday through Saturday. Entrance is generally 20 reais and includes three beers, although they’ve had lots of specials, with a 12 reais entrance before 5pm. They typically have a sign on the dorr if there’s a special going on. The talent is mixed, as is the case with all termas in this classification, but some cuties have been spotted here.
