Safado69 and I did a patrol of Perola Negra and Paris tonight. The cover is 30. The talent was not good, I did not session at either.

It's kind of the off season.

Yes, I think my game is to build up the harem from some of the prives, trash termas, and a few odd pulls from the tier 1 termas over time, not to mention from the freelancers. The freelancers are the top of the food chain, as they choose who they fuck, in contrast to the others.

Mosaico is the real deal, the source of the best mini relationships over the years. The best were a mineira with natural tits, a part negra who did great pernoites. A few others. New girls from 502, and from the darkside. It is true, the darkside is hit and miss. T31 yielded my best mini relationship this year, yet, on many nights t31 has almost nothing, just 2 girls.

4 x 4 is consistently the best now. There are some of the finest rio hookers there now. Perhaps the cream of the Rio hooker crop has flown north to Cancun for the southern hemisphere winter, or to some other venue. But there are always the usual suspects to fill up the dance card for pernoites. And then there are some of the tier 1 prospects, the real porn stars in the making, who need to be tapped. A few good wingmen are in town, now, not so much of a rat pack, but a pair of quality hitters, solid operators, the optimal situation.

Mosaico, yes, it is a saving grace.

And for those who dislike writing for its own sake, among the libertine culture which is Portugal's inheritance to Brazil, and to men, look over on the Brazilian boards, to writers like Dante, who write, to write, to write for oneself, whether to be read as an afterthought, who write about the same streets we patrol, about lapa, and centro, Rio Branco, and Vila Mimosa. They write about themselves in the third person, about themselves from the perspective of an omnipresent narrator, neither God nor Devil, yet the over monger, about the night itself, as a veil which follows us as we monger on, like Santana playing for a Tijuana strip club, or like Perola Negra playing in a Porto Allegre dance club.

    Back Home

I wanted to add in a few more thoughts for newbies that I learned on my trip.

    Online Meetups.

When you are using the online sites, I would recommend sending out texts to a few options rather than just picking one girl. They appear to be handling their own messages so you may have to deal with them being busy or non-responsive. Once you have scheduled a time, understand that punctuality is a relative term to Cariocas. At least half of my meetups were about an 30 minutes to an hour late. So I would argue to just be aware that you either need to be very firm about the time or ensure that you are adding in a decent amount of leeway to your time. Here is a very important note for English only speakers, there are certain sites like RioSexSite and allow you to filter based on English speaking ability. Be wary of this and use common sense. When texting, if the girl is unable to respond in passable English, she probably won't be very good at speaking. I found a big difference in my texts between those who really knew the language and those who didn't. In my opinion, I would hesitate to put too much faith in stuff like that. It is much easier in my view to send out a few texts saying you only know English and those who can respond will respond. As others (and I) have mentioned, GPArena is a godsend for reviews. I would recommend using escorts that have reviews on those sites and avoid those who don't. Popping those reviews into google translate will tell you all you need to know.

Also, I don't know if others are doing this or not, but be cool. I had a girl who told me that foreign guys get too constricted and worried when ordering in. Remember, it's not illegal in Brazil and as long as you have a GFE friendly hotel (Pestana was a bit rundown but it was definitely friendly), there is nothing to be worried about. I remember my own apprehension during my first trip years back, so I understand the worry, but you'll have a much better time if you loosen up.

    Repeat Costs.

Second time meetups really were much better than the first, even for cost. Overall, I found that the cost was 400-500 R / HR for the first time. But when I ordered a repeat, I often got similar quotes for the whole night. You may have to work on their schedule when they are free, but I really felt like Brazilian women understood the concept of dating. The pernoite really did feel more connected once they know you and you'll have much better service. One caveat, some of the more beautiful and popular escorts will not negotiate that much. They know their value and may still quote at least 1000 for a pernoite (I couldn't move them down any further than that). So, you will have to bite the bullet if you really like the girl or find someone else.

    Crime.

I stayed in Copa and I had no issue with crime. If you are worried about that kind of stuff, stay on the beachfront for peace of mind. The area is well-lit and there are cop cars every few blocks all night long. Don't be stupid and don't get too wasted, but I felt very safe in Copa and Ipanema when I stayed on the beaten track.

    Travel.

As others have mentioned, just use Uber for traveling. Most every trip I had cost between 20-35 R while tops out at 7 USD.

In regards to my experience at the encontro, I talked with my co-worker and he claims that only some of the girls were online / termas girls that get zapped for these business events. He was shooting some shit about model agencies and such and maybe he is right, but that kinda struck me as a bit of boasting. He is a lower level account manager so I'm pretty sure he wouldn't even have the details of it. Regardless, during my time in Rio and Sao Paulo, I found that many of the high-end escorts (online) were just as beautiful, toned, and service-oriented as that night.

Ouch, that hurt, especially coming from a distinguished and talented libertine like senor Vagabundo. Can my love for Mosaico be my saving grace?

Look, I won't say there are no diamonds to be found in VM, but why bother? Aren't there already enough avenues in Rio for good, clean fun, LOL?

Of course you can take them to Canario, but after tacking on the cost of the room, wouldn't you arrive at a typical prive pricing?

Now, if you're living in Rio and building your own harem, then I can see the point of finding some fresh innocent maidens in VM's urine-soaked alleys and saving them for yourself from the world of wholesale prostitution. But for a short-time visitor, like me, I just can't understand the appeal.

Tell you what, though, when I finally get to Rio, I promise to give it another chance.

As such, my recommendations reflect 1.) my own bias and 2.) my own perception of how to maximize one's time and experience without necessarily a big focus on saving some money.....
A veritable report of distinction. You have made those few mongers gnashing their teeth over Hemingway analogies here very happy.

Day 0 (Sunday): Arrive at GIG, go through customs, take an Uber to your hotel or Airbnb in Copacabana, Ipanema, or Leblon. If there is your first trip ever, I'd stick with Copacabana. Check in and start walking around the beach to just explore. Stop at the store and get the groceries and misc. Stuff you'll need for the week. Grab a drink and just take in the sights. Have dinner at any of the restaurants along the beach and just enjoy your first day on ground. Sundays are not good for the hobby as the termas worth going to are all closed. If you're really craving to get the ball rolling, hop on to BarraVIP or Private55 and message several of the girls until you can make an appointment with one.

Day 1 (Monday): Also a bad day for the hobby in Brazil, though things are open. Use this time to take a tour of the city and see some beautiful sights. In the late afternoon or early evening, contact a prive like Alternative Spa to see what their line-ups are. If someone suits your fancy, make an appointment and either walk, scooter, or Uber there. If none interest you, walk, scooter, or Uber on over to Monte Carlo. If nothing interests you there, check out Centaurus if you're willing to pay, but otherwise go back to the hotel and call up another BarraVIP to visit or to come to you.

Day 2 (Tuesday): Now, you are in the full swing of things. Start of the day by visting a prive, or a few. There are many around as shown on the WT map. Get this done in the morning (though selection is scarce usually before 2 pm) and then take a break for a few hours. Late afternoon head on over to Solarium. Stick around for a while, have a drink, have dinner, relax. Maybe get a couple sessions in. If no one here suits your fancy, take an uber to Centaurus or Monte Carlo where you can do the same thing. Tuesday-Thursday here is when you'll find the broadest scope of quality and quantity..
Good sir, thank you very much for this guide; this is exactly what a newbie like me is looking for.

I'm curious about the negotiation. Is that a difficult process if one knows little Portuguese?

    Newbie's Guide to Rio

    Gents,

I commend senhor TIAVoyage25, but I beg to differ.

First, I would say that TIA is among the best monger brothers that Vagabundo has seen, but not the best -- that would go to Players 2 and 3 -- not that this is a competition. I'd gladly go out on a pussy patrol with TIA in my dream team of battle buddies to have fun with.

The best place to stay in Rio is Transamerica, av gastao senges 395. Players 2 and 3 were here on their first trip, they were both rich world mongers, and they stayed for 2 months, an optimal time. Really anyone coming to Rio should stay at least a month.

The second best place to stay is in a Airbnb at or near Rua Sao Clemente 114 -- plus or minus 100 digits either way. The reason is proximity to the metro. I differ from Senhor TIA in that Botafogo is a great neighborhood. Trattoria is a great spot to eat, but: 1) Copa really is dangerous, not for a fit and alert guy like TIA, but one witnesses fights over a mere bike as a regular occurence, 2) you, the sex tourist, are the target, even on a nightly walk from posto 4 to 4.5 to get an uber on ave nossa copa, or around the tip of copa near the fort from the beach at arpoador, the aggressive criminals will stalk, and one must be defensive. Even Mr. E's brother had criminals rip off stuff.

Third, the most important thing is simply to RTFF -- not this forum, alone, but.

    gparena.net

    And make a list. Like.

    https://www.rioencontro.com.br/stefany-hot/

    https://www.rioencontro.com.br/ivy/

Experienced mongers like Bravo roll in with a "hit list" of the prives, that can easily be correlated with the numbers on the above girls, both of whom I have been fucking.

Stephany is at TDM33/3206 -- the prive with the big queen bed overlooking Guanabara harbor from the 32nd floor.

    Ivy is at Bel Prazer.

    And on.

ISG is fine, the best English blog for sex travelers; gparena is gold, may need some translation work, but is the best single source. Make your list. Make a spreadsheet. Vagabundo has one from 2011,90 pages long.

Players 2 and 3 were good friends, relatives, travel buddies from the rich world. They are readers but not writers on this forum, perhaps the smartest way to go, and by the looks of it the majority of users on this forum.

You can go back through my posts and find all the key points about Transamerica.

As for distance, there is a daily free bus. The schedule is on the website, which I have posted here.

But the key to Transamerica is that this is where all the best girls are, where they start out.

Players 2 and 3 had each other to keep company, and then we teamed up, I being player 1. We hit the centro prives and the casas, the trash termas. Those guys were animals. They'd fast 2-3 days a week, drink just water, and fuck more girls, like 5 girls a day. We'd rage into the centro spots and trade girls willy nilly. They are still talked about and asked for among the spots, and among the VM spots. Anyone who says VM is not the source of some of the best new girls does not know Rio. OK, the average aerospace engineering major from Ohio who goes into banking and stays at the Marriot is not going to want to deal with the smell at VM, but as I have said, and sperto has pointed out, there is a hotel, Canario, on Rua Ceara in VM. The best terma after hours is Mosaico, for the real talent.

It was not just Players 2 and 3, there were other first time mongers who have done well at Transamerica. FLCN was on his first trip, again, many months, and his last several months were at Transamerica. Mandingoblack tried to get into Transamerica, without success, and went with KSPortal.com.br at Barra Posto1 instead.

We men who pay for sex are all, invariably, dominant types. Once we have paid, we naturally think we are the king of the world, the most interesting man in the world, the uber male. Maybe we fucked brancas in tier one termas like Senhor Athens Cain, or maybe we did the 80% or 98% same quality (see Stephany, above) at the prives like Senhor Spartan Experto. But, having shot our monetary and bodily wads, we crave adulation, like so many Hemingway / Flemings writing about our secret agent exploits, wanting immortality like Bond.

In this reviewers opinion, modest though it is, but based on a solid 15 months and counting operating in this sad, squalid, but happiest place on earth for a man to pay for sex, the best mongers have found a home at Transamerica, Barra posto 6, or at KSPortal, barra posto 1. Those mongers follow a inverse rule -- less is more. Players 2 and 3 never posted here, never got sucked into any competitions imagined or contrived, but they hit home runs, scored goaaaalls. FLCN, and Mandingoblack, similarly liked Barra for the relative safety compared to other parts of Rio.

Centro, Vagabundo agrees, is not for the faint of heart. But Jimmyboy99 chose well in Hotel Sao Francisco / Hotel Atlantico Tower at Rua Visconde Inhuama 95, and if he and Vagabundo can manage the risk of centro darkside, then anyone can. Vagabundo lived at Copa posto 5 near Othon for 3 months, but did not like the stalking street criminals, who are more than pests, they are the kind of grinding, omnipresent reminders of criminal potential that can go kinetic in 5 seconds.

In barra, there is none of that. It is thus worth the 30 minutes on the free luxury bus to get to centro, indeed, it is preferable. And if you like to swim, the water is clean, the beaches are beautiful. And of course, at Transamerica, the hookers are all at the pool.

Never been in Thailand but don't think you will find anything similiar here, at least I didn't.

Lack of English language around and not enough of good women in every day life is something that you will need to deal with in Rio.

Airbnb offers good value for money.

Most buildings have doorman or receiption but don't bother asking owner can you bring someone as you might get No for answer but in reality is different from my experience.

Be careful where is appartment located as most of then in Copa are just hanging over street and is too noisy to sleep.

    Brazil not Thailand

There is nothing like this in Brazil. At all. Closest thing might be to sit and hang out with some hookers at Mab's but they're not getting paid by the bar or by the "lady drink" and if you don't express interest in their services they will walk. I don't think its a good idea to "figure things out as I go", and yes you should have a better plan.

I was once in your shoes, and many mongers that formerly would have visited SEA are now gravitating towards SA, but they are categorically different destinations. You might start by reading the forum (RTFM), and then ask questions. TiaVoyager just wrote a comprehensive guide for newbies that could get you started.

Tbh I usually do some exploring in Thailand but I prefer relaxing and do some mongering, the Iguassu Falls seemed nice. How long does it take to get there from Rio?

And should I bring a bird with me from Rio?

I also prefer / like to go to some cinema whenever I visit a country and just roam a bit in the mall to see how it is.

Haha yeah I might need to do a lot of cardio before leaving xD.

Ah okay, oh well worse English than Thailand but more chance of anal xD.

How is it with getting LT with birds?

Is it harder then Thailand? (I prefer a LT over ST because I like to cuddle also xD not just fuck and bye bye).
If you go to Foz, you should also visit the Itaipu dam. It sounds boring, but it's not. If you go, take the longest tour and you will see the turbines and control room etc. The dam is almost 8 km long and 200 m high. Very interesting.

The Brazil side won't take much of your time, although it has some of the most wonderful sights, so don't skip it. But you'll need at least one day for the Argentinian side, and I would take 2 or at least 1. 5 days there because I hate rushing wonderful things. Visiting Paraguay as well as other tourist activities are tacky and a waste of time, IMHO, but you might want a day to relax by the pool or to actually monger. 3 full days should be perfect, 4 if you want some time to relax.

We stayed in a fantastic 3 bdrm Airbnb with a private pool under $100 a night. Accommodations are cheap in Iguassu..
    1. a whole day even flying from Rio?

Wow so bad connections in Brazil then xD.

    2. Yeah that's what I thought.

About Paraguay it's just that I want to be able to tick off another country in my to visit list (and when I'm so close and most likely never will go there in another trip so then I'll just visit a quicky.

If I've not seen wrong so is Paraguay half of the city and the other part is in Brazil?

So you would recommend booking Foz threw Airbnd?

Thanks for all the tips and so on.

Will most likely spend 5 days in total with trips back and forth to Foz and Rio.
