No doubt that the average Brazilian women have smaller breast than European women. However, Brazil still has quite a decent share of peitudas in their female population.
I'm a fan of women with large natural breasts. When visiting privées in Brazil I know for certain that it's not easy to find women with really large natural tits and without kids. None of this is science. All I know is USA Playboy Playmates have always had large breasts and the size didn't vary much from the 50's 60's 70's 80's and on. But you are trying to attribute what one company puts in a magazine in a particular location to what exists in society as a whole in that same location. I do agree with the rest of what you are saying though. Brazilians commonly have bigger lower bodies (hips and ass) and smaller upper bodies (tits). I would say it has something to do with the indigenous portion of their bloodline. When you look at National Geographic shows of the "hidden" indigenous population you never really see a woman with big tits. Been coming to Brazil for years and had only ever tried So Paulo (which I love and will be there next week).
