Today I had the pleasure of meeting my favorite negra at Motel VIPS in Centro. Its 80 reais for 3 hours with a promocao at sundays and holidays where its like 100 reais for 12 hours!

Sushi is disgusting in Brazil, I've never seen any good restaurant in Brazil that serves good fish and seafood unlike Japan. Go and live in Japan for a while your opinion about seafood and fish in Brazil will change.

Many people have never been to Japan here so they don't know what is the real savor.

I've visited a lot of countries and Japan IMO has the best food in the world. In Brazil, you need to go to Sao Paulo. For some reason, the culinary scene is way, way better than that of Rio.

I am very positive.

I love Italian food (spaghetti, pizza etc, when I travel to Italy. I love Japanese food, french food, Belgian fries and mussels, dutch cheese, Thai food, Chinese food from mainland China. I really like steak from Argentina and Uruguay, Brazilian sucos. As you can see, I'm very positive.

If you like crappy american food and Brazilian seafood, good for you. Nobody will keep you from eating, your taste is your taste. We are all different.

You also can get garlic fried shrimp and salmon with Maracuj sauce as well as other frutos do Mar. At Carreto on Rua Siqueira Campos if you are nice and know the secret handshake. I also have eaten sushi there countless times with no ill effects.

BTW, next time you are in Japan take the cooks tour or just walk the alleys behind the sushi restaurants. You might have second thoughts about eating what goes out the front door.
