So if you already have access the drugs, then why are you asking if you can buy Cialis in Brazil? It just seems very odd.

I am taking 5 MG twice daily. 5 MG afternoon, 5 MG at bedtime with added a nitric oxide mix with the Cialis. Getting serious pumps at the gym and strong morning wood.

I am prescribed by my doctor but only 30 5 MG pills per month so with my protocol that only last for 15 days. To compensate I have been buying from a online Canadian Pharmacy but it is expensive.

I don't know where you got that information, no pill gives health benefits outside treating some conditions. You can buy them from drugstore. It depends where you will stay in Rio de janeiro. Tadafil is OK, cialis is better though I never take those pills. There are some side affects sometimes but not very serious (stomach aches, back pain, headaches, nausea, diarrhea, sore throat, muscle pain, rashes etc).

When I say Viagra, I also mean Cialis and tadalafil. You don't need prescription to buy pills that help you get hard. To me, Cialis doesn't give health benefits.
