Reading from the reports on here, it seems like the majority of the girls are Mulatas or Negras. Unfortunately, that's not really my type. I'm more into white girls and I know like half the population in Brazil is white.

I think it can be misleading to say that half of the population in Brazil is white. You'll find branca, morena clara, morena escura, mulata, negra, indians, japanese etc. It might depend on if you speak about races or skin colors.
Most brazilian women i meet with light skin color consider themselves morena clara.
The beauty with mongering in Brazil is that you can find such a mix of colors and shapes.

The option is Rio or Buenos Aires (Argentina), I know that Buenos Aires has the type of girls I'm looking for but hear that they are insanely hard to hook up with even for foreigners and there really isn't really much P2P and if there is the girls are ugly or from other countries since their unemployment rate is only 8%. Would you guys say at least half of the P2P girls in Rio are white or are they a minority and hard to find?

Here in Rio you can find girls from every color of the rainbow. That's one of the things I love about this city. Regarding your personal interest, the club I was in on Friday had mostly white girls. So yes, they are very easy to find. Buenos Aires, on the other hand, has a mongering scene that's nearly dead. I've removed that city from my list of cities I visit to enjoy our little hobby. The only reason I go now is to visit friends or for business.

The answer is Rio. And it's not even close.

Rio has more white girls than you can shake a stick at. Rio is also an amazingly beautiful and relaxing place. You can also visit Sao Paulo and other Brazilian cities very easily with Rio as your base.
