Well, that's not really true.

Casa 52 has a expanded area (since two casas merged), including seating outside on the street, with as much clean air or better than in 4 x 4. Mr E, Dodochen, a bunch of people who have come into town have chilled there while the wingmen sessiioned.

And Mosaico has the outside seating on the veranda as a chill area, also with clean, fresh air.
