There hasn't been a recent update on prices, but I would expect to pay somewhere around USA Dollars 100-125 plus extra for food and drinks you order. Drinks aren't expensive. Massages from a masseuse are extra, but skip it. As 65 is in Centro away from the tourist zone, that's a little bit less.

You generally don't have to worry about being overcharged at a termas because the prices are typically posted. Additionally, you can stay as long as you want. Who have been impacted by the current pandemic situation and may have readjusted or even cancelled their upcoming vacations. But personally, I could have not resisted myself no more as this Brazilian trip has been long overdue. With tickets being cheaper than anytime in the past decade and the massive decline of the BRL, it only make sense to enjoy this time to forget about all the problems elsewhere. My trip was cancelled in May but will be going in by the end of the year. -Have booked a hotel near Copa, walking distance to the beach and close to the remaining quality termas. I don't want to discourage you, but I think we want to set realistic expectations. I would advise a week in Copacabana and a week in Ipanema. Or just stay in one place and get comfortable.
