It is invaluable to have someone to introduce you-be it Bubba's guide etc to the locations or someone who knows girls who want to get in the game. Even Brazilcupid and the likes is an introducer.
Local intell is crucial and constantly changing-never something to frown on-only something to use and pay for if needed-just like any other form of "tour guide".
I for one say carry on and don't sweat the haters, I myself couldn't give 2 shits what no one believes, what matters is how I enjoy Rio and everyone should feel that way. I have taken many tips from OGs here and in my way I contribute-maybe more on the approach to girls etc and occasional prices, locations but mainly experiences and possibilities in and out of termas etc.
Abr fuckafmeddig.

What is such a guy doing on a monger board?
Yes, Rio resources declined a lot. I used to have a dozen guys who pestered me wanting to bring over girls
There are only very few such people left, and I hope sperto does not find out about them to try to send them to prison too!
Should mongers now avoid all termas, massage parlors, escort agencies, and private introductions. All services that have an intermidiator?
Because this is against Sperto's and Exec's religious anti-mongering beliefs?
Most of us, and most girls actually prefer a helper, instead of finding girls on street corners.
==============
Regarding me, maybe Sperto read too much of the slander others spew here.
To the silent majority, you can thank people like Sperto and Exec Talent that well meaning helpers stop graciously helping.
Those who actually earn money from introductions will probably not be scared off by such statements. True statements in their case, slander in mine.
Now, are we on the Christian feminist board? So what if someone does introductions for financial gains? SELLS women as Sperto aptly puts it in feminazi language.
I thought this is what this board is about?
I wish to meet such people, I don't care if they get a kickback or if they charge an honest fee.
If they do it for free, as I did it, even better. But I have no judgment. As long as they don't SELL slaves as feminists like sperto claim.
If anyone knows such people who help us in Prague, Bratislava, or similar cities, please PM me, I would love to have such a facility.
I am glad a few grateful people came to my defense. Unfortunately the slanderers manage to even turn praise against me.
Sorry guys, the good old times are over. I enjoyed helping people and having fun, but it is not worth getting such nasty public slanderous remarks.
Half a dozen years have passed, and they still don't give up, have nothing positive to do in life than to spread rumors and innuendo against a monger.Last edited by Brazil Specialist; 06-07-16 at 17:13. Reason: adding some text

A) long time I have not seen girls for SALE. Rumors are ISIS sells girls for great prices. Buyers must be fundamentalist islamic fighters, though. But everywhere else girls are for RENT, for quite short periods.
B) Feminists think women have no agency and are poor victims of male decisions. Let me give you the news. All pay for play girls in Rio are quite responsible for their own actions, and don't GET sold nor rented. They are adults who decide to offer their services and are very grateful if some kind soul helps them in their money making endeavor. Most don't mind someone introducing them, at no cost to a gringo who wants to give them money.
C) I know, feminists have a hard time to believe this: some program girls are not indentured sex slaves, norman hating Lesbians. Rather most girls would love to have an understanding boy friend who is not as judgmental as you are, Sperto.
D) Furthermore, definitions of GF are quite flexible. Not all are of the Virgin-marriage-faithful-forever type. Ever heard of polyamory, open relationship, or "amizade colorida", friends with benefits, etc?
Is this really Sperto, or did someone steal your password??

Posts: 460I hope admin will stop such criminal slander
People like this made me stop helping mongers.
You great mongers also get judged by they guys you hang out with at the board.
I don't need people badmouthing me with lies.
That is, claiming I am being chased by corrupt police and criminals, maybe, is not slander.
And blaming me for being alert and not getting robbed in Rio; for having paranoid security where no new tenant gets robbed by a prior tenant's GF who copied the keys.
Maybe some people want to tell stories about being robbed on the street or in the apartment to enlighten this slanderer that one cannot be careful enough in Rio.

I'll be in Rio in mid-August. Perhaps we will cross paths. If you've never been before, there are a variety of options and economic levels of mongering there. I'm sure you've already taken note of the variety of sizes, shapes and shades of women available. You should search this board or google Bubba Boy's Rio Guide or Bwana Dik's Rio Guide. The most recent versions are from 2006 or 2009. Both provide a good breakdown and lay of the land. Now, many of the place names and certainly prices have changed, most notably the closure of the mega club Help! Any Brazilian Portuguese you can learn in advance will help you out. As well, an understanding of the going rates, best times to go to certain places, places to avoid, etc. Feel free to ask questions here, but also read previous and ongoing posts over the past 6 months to a year to get a feel of where things currently stand. If you ask a question that has been asked in the last month, you'll probably hear about it from one of the Senior members. It's all just to get you to help yourself first. There's a wealth of knowledge here once you prove your mettle. Have you posted any reports on India? What, specifically are you looking for info on?

A GDP I see outside termas sometimes hit me yesterday and said she is working at 65 in centro.
Can anyone on the ground confirm if T65 has re-opened in same location or has moved perhaps?-I won't be there till July.
She said its full of older dudes (which is how I remember it from my one visit) and she is moving back to the infamous MV30.

Also, to make sure there is no confusion, there also is a Lido Hotel located at:
Rua Ronald de Carvalho, 190.

That is not the hotel we have been talking about. It always looked like a dump from the outside, so I never even considered it.
I have not independently confirmed this and there might be some hotel benefit in this information, but I have been told by hotel staff that www.booking.com generally offers the best hotel rates for their hotels. May not be true, but is at least worth checking out.

Posts: 545This is not to begin a flaming war, but
I booked a 12 day vacation and stayed there for the full trip 5 years ago next month. I had a blast. I had one of their sauna "Suite" rooms for the entire stay and it was one of my best trips ever. My friend at the time came and went as she pleased, the lingerie shows she put on were incredible, the sex was free and easy every night. It could not have gone better. They provided a great breakfast every morning if you are there during breakfast hours in a dining room. You also had room service options as needed 24 hours a day, which came in handy on more than one occasion. In addition, I got to pick a couple of GDPs by letting them know my interest in them when they came into the hotel client in tow. I had to wait till they were done and as always, I was hanging around the front desk when I got a hold of a big old butt mulatta and a branca with the widest hips ever. The AC could be a problem, yes, it was real cold in the room, but it did not bother me. You could hear the fake screams of the GDPs as you walked through the halls. The freedom of having any girl having access the hotel as long as she had ID and having as much sex as you can handle was really liberating. I am now used to the apartments, but the Priaia Lido remains as one of my Brazilian trip highlights.

Posts: 1081Rio Hotel stay or Apartment
Except for one time, I have always stayed in Apartments in Rio. Many advantages. If you shop around, you will save a significant amount of money compared to staying in a Hotel. Bring in as many ladies without concern about checking in more than one. Doorman can give you a locals perspective and good tips, etc.
If you are staying for more than a week in Rio, in my opinion, its a no brainer. Rent an apartment. My 2 cents.
