I've been here in RJ for a few days now and have found great information both here and in GPARENA but there is one thing I cannot find. Where is Prives 116 that I keep reading about for BBFS?

I have been reading and catching up with reports in this forum. I was last in Brazil this past August. I do not understand all the fuss about adapters and Covid Testing. As for adapters, you can literally find people selling them on the streets in Copa and Centro. Cheap too. Just a buck or two for each. Well, I have been to both.
