I like March the best followed by November. I've never gotten bored. One reason is because if I'm staying that long then I move around to different cities. And I always try to throw in somewhere new that I haven't visited before. There's always a lot to do and see. And lots of garotas to fuck!

On my way to Rio or Sao in few weeks, I'm thinking at the end of March or before 4/10 since that's the date BR reinstates the Visa requirements for USA residents and few other countries. Since I'm coming from Bogota Col, I looked at some flights from Avianca and their website is asking to have visa in advance as of 01/10. Now 1/10 was the date for the intial Visa requirement date, and was pushed to 4/10 so I didn't want to take the chance to pay for the ticket and get hassled at the Bogota airport since I don't have the visa. I'm not sure why such a huge airline is not up to date on the change or correct info. I didn't want to bother applying for it since I can receive it in Bra as long as it's before 4/10. What are some suggestions? Or what's the experience on arrival so far in Brazil or has anyone flown there recently taking Avianca?

I'll prob stay there 3-6 months. Any help is appreciated.

Upscale eateries: Try Marius in Leme for seafood rodizio, the Churrascaria Palace next to the Palace hotel for meats with an excellent buffet, and have a meal at Confeteria Colombo in Centro for amazing old time ambiance. All three are pricey, but worth every penny IMHO.

Mongering: Gee, RTFF, seriously. You never mentioned how long you're staying, but you can't get bored in Rio. I never tried Leblonescorts, but I've never been screwed with BarraVIP when I just felt lazy. For prives try the ones at 583 NS (yes, there are a few including the famed Eden). Spend 2-3 days in Centro exploring prives there, like Dark Room, Onix, Bel Prazer and others (again RTFF, or GParena, or contact Vadabundo to take you on a tour). For Centro, I would book a room at a hotel for a day or even overnight (it's cheap, probably $30-40 for cash) to recuperate at the roof pool between your escapades.
