Sex as Exercise.

One of the best monger friends I know views sex as simply exercise, along with walking 10,000 steps a day. For $30 USD / $150 BRL, you get 1 hour to fuck, suck, 69, and get a massage.

What a deal. Or, you can get a half hour or 20 minutes for half that or 80 BRL.

I arrive on December 29 for circa 3 weeks. First week in an Airbnb in Ipanema, hopefully no issues bringing guests back. Hotel prices are crazy expensive given the time of year.

Panda Motel seems like a decent spot in Botafogo if stuck and can't bring a 'guest' into the Airbnb. Probably won't be an issue if give the security guy some money.

Haven't been in Rio in a few years, can't wait to get back!! The west is depressing with the dark, wet and windy winters and the people overall are not as nice. The hassle getting a date with a very average woman here isn't worth it (although I gave up on western women when I was 18, am 37 now).

I found Brazil Cupid very good for meeting normal women in advance of heading over.

I love all the thermas (Monte Carlo, Solarium and Centaurus).

Usually stay clear of centro as prefer to stay in the South Zone, although I will head to Barra and Recreio for a few days and pop into Paris Cafe (thermas) one of the nights.

Mabs and Dolce Vita in Copacabana aren't great but still worth going to the odd day / night.

Casablanca in my opinion in Copacabana is ok (all these places have Brazilian women which are the best in the world so can't complain).

Was a big fan of Barbarella in Copacabana but it closed down a few years now which was a big pity.

The only prive I am aware of is Copa 583 in Copacabana. I don't care about anything in Centro (although might go 4*4 thermas one of the evenings and lapa one night).

Been 15 years since I last visited Rio. I am thinking about a few days in Ipanema / Copa Cabana and a few days in Barra de Tijuana. Does this make sense?

Are there any places that have picked up the vibe of the old Help in Copa? Or are we now have to be satisfied with the thermas?

Thinking about staying at airbnbs instead of hotels. Is it hard to bring guests? In others parts of Latin America getting guests into an airbnb can be an impossible mission.

Also no idea what the going rate is. We want to keep it affordable. What should I expect to pay in reals per hour?

Sorry to post a question on this forum which should have been in Argentina forum. But unfortunately that forum is dead and I don't see any activity. This forum is always live so may be anyone who might have visited Buenos Aries recently can help me answer my question. Can someone suggest me a good reasonably prices guest friendly hotel in Recoleta or any other good area of Buenos Aries? I have a trip coming up at the end of January and I need to book my hotel. I used to stay in hotel Etoile in Recoleta many years back but it seems to be not in business anymore. Any feed back shall be highly appreciated.

Non-answer answer: I went to Buenos Aires once in July 2019. With the site Baires Girls. Verdict, at least for me: All of the girls are casas / depas. You go to them. No need to bring room service. I have always pretty much been a lone wolf in this thing. I'm not quick to trust other people. They can go out and do stupid things and drag you right down with them, and I cannot afford to let that happen. That said, I have thought about what would make for a good wingman or "partner in crime". I agree that it would help if neither monger liked the same type of girls. That way you're not seeing and having lust in your dark hearts for the same ones. But, another critical thing is that I think it would be crucial that you both like going to the same kinds of places too. Whether that be termas, prives, trash puteiros, Vila Mimosa, Scandallo or wherever. You like to visit the same establishments, but you're interested in banging different kinds of chicks. That would be perfect!

Other things that would be helpful would be if both are at the same experience level in terms of traveling abroad in general and in terms of mongering in particular (neither is needy of the other in these two areas). Language skills, or having a comfort level with operating in environments where you don't speak the language, are extremely useful too. One reason why my one-time wingman was so damn annoying is that he didn't speak the language (Spanish) and kept leaning on me like I was his damn (unpaid) interpreter / spokesperson or something! I mean, he was being so demanding that he was interfering with my own rap with the girls! Then he wanted to treat me like I was supposed to be his damn currency exchange office. Not! I was surprised he was so damn helpless because I knew he had mongered abroad before, and I thought he had more skiils. I was wrong. Never again!
