Seems like you are the only one in here "wildly speculating." I've verified plenty of garotas taking Ubers, not only to Zona Norte but to Copa as well. And this is happening now, not "back in the days".

From past experiences, Hotels and apartments will gouge you over New Years. Apartments require you to stay a certain period for New Years. The airfares are also higher.

I was hoping to travel to Rio for New's Year but that is not going to happen. It is just too expensive to fly down during that time, the airline cost was just unbelievable!

I pushed my trip back until Jan 29th, will be stay for 14 days.

I've been enjoying heading out to Rua Uruguaiana to dance at the boates with the garotas. It's been fun exploring, had some great experiences, a lot cheaper than the termas although some of them are quite trashy indeed. Best I've found so far is New Club located at 81 RUA the QUITANDA 81. Some nights have been very quiet and boring. Others really fun and I did have one of my best 3 some ever here. Curious if other members can recommend some other spots. Looking for decent dance floor, beautiful garotas and not too expensive and not too dirty. Is that really so much to ask?

Require key card for elevator use? I really dread having to register girls. I understand the benefits but usually rely on my "selection skills" to hopefully not have to worry about any issues. Hoping I can have them just come up without having to meet or parade them to the front desk.

It does not require a key card. I didn't bring in any hookers, only regular women and I did not have to register them. Then too, I did not ask any questions. You do have to walk past the desk to get to the elevator. And of course they know who is staying in their hotel. I really don't recommend that hotel. The rooms are really small for the price.

I do actually know how things work in Rio with 15+ years of experience and fluent portuguese.

I count some of the drivers you refer to as friends of mine.

Regardless of whether the girls share a private car or use uber the driver will want to get paid and the girls will need to factor this in when setting their prices.

If they are all from the same area the customer should not need to pay for multiple cars or ubers.

Thanks for your suggestions. I will try that and hopefully it works out. A festhina would be great. I bet other senior mongers also have great knowledge that they can share. I will let you guys know how it turns out.

This used to be much easier to do few years back when they had escort companies and Help disco but today most escort sites are of independent escorts but you could look at Hotside or Barra VIP's and have some conversations with the girls and see if they have friends for a party or just order several of them to come over at the same time (not easy).

You can also go to Mab's as others have said here and if you don't find what you are looking for go over a few blocks to Dolce Vita as I have always found nice girls there coming in and out all night long. Get a table and sit down and order some drinks, when you see a nice girl go by invite her to sit down. When you have enough girls sitting at your table then it's time to leave. A lot of those girls know each other as they are all friends on social media, hook up with them on faceBook and get access to their friends then in the future just invite them over from faceBook. All you need is one to start with and if you can figure out the common link then you will have access to thousands of Copa GDP's.

If money is no object you can always go over to Barbarella's during peak hours and maybe 50 girls will be there on a Friday or Saturday night, I'm sure you could find a handful of girls to come party with you for the right price. I don't know how many girls you need but I've taken 2 girls out of Barbarellas for myself, you can do anything you want.

If they are living far from Copa it can take a lot of time for them to there as traffic is bad. It can also be expensive.

So while you would like to have them visit for 1-2 hours for R2-400 they are actually looking at 1-2 hours plus 3-4 hours of transport with Uber easily costing R100 or more each way.

Yes and no. Yes, I recommend VM and also no, as I don't know you.
Of course it´s possibble to take VM girls to your apartment. It can be great, or if you are two newbies with no experience it can end up to be disaster.
It all depends on you and the girls, nobody will be able to give you the correct answer.

You can do it the cheap way, like I saw the Vasco football team did in Vila Mimosa a couple of years ago aftyer they won an important game. Two players arrived in a bus at VM. The guys picked all the beautiful girls and headed away somewhere.
A freebie of mine, that was chosen, told me later that all the girls had to work very hard.

If you want to do it the lazy way, choose some Mab's girls, Copa SWs or Copa termas girls.
If you want quality girls and have some time, explore centro privées and invite some gems.

We've had success organizing festinhas at our Copa apartment with 4 x4 girls. We usually find one or two fun girls who are game and let them help us round out the line-up. It helps to do this at the end of the night when the girls can jump in ubers / cabs together and head straight to Copa after work. It helps to suggest they can stay over if they're tired later. Some girls will drop off in-transit. Invite six girls, maybe four show up. Just make sure you find an alpha female who is good at organizing the other girls.

We like fun 4 x4 girls. It's actually not as hard as it sounds. Friday nights are a good night because 4x4 is closed Saturday.
