I've already checked AirBnB and the accommodation prices look reasonable.
I don't drink alcohol and plan on cooking my own meals as I'm a picky eater, so that should give me more mongering money.

IBeing a foreigner, I thought I could get some help to my queries here.
But no one actually replied to my post. Maybe all of you are busy.
Anyways I somehow found a way to 4 X 4.
Went in and got really excited seeing so many semi nude girls.
Spoke to 3 and chose 1 girl Laura. She speaks English.
She does awesome blowjob. Did her in doggy.
Charges 60 + 270 (30 minutes)= 330 are $.
Can someone give more cheaper options???

RioBob politely said "Everybody has a different budget and tastes. " This is a polite way of saying this is a bad question.
First, if you go to Rio in June instead of December your accommodations will be lower. Second, is Rio expensive in general? No, not from a North American and European perspective. Is it cheap? Not really. Rio is a major tourist destination. Most mongers still stay near the beach and in the tourist zones.
I'm afraid you need to go surf through AirBnB and other sites to find an apartment / condo that meets your expectations. You don't have to spend a lot on food and drink in Rio, but once you move up from basic food and start to hang out in bars your food / drink costs will go up quickly.

Posts: 26Since I'm new here, but I have monger quite few times in Rio, I will try to answer some of your questions, hope you don't mind my bad English, I'm from Argentina so English is not my native language.
3. 4 x 4 is in the downtown area of Rio. The exact address is Rua Buenos Aires, 44 - Centro, Rio de Janeiro. RJ, 20070-022. You can search for it on Google writing "Whiskeria Four by four". In portuguese you pronounce "Quatro por quatro. " You should pick an uber or taxi and ask to take you there, this could make your life easier.
5. I feel like working girls are used to foreigners customers at least in Rio, so if you go to places like 4 x 4 or Solarium you will probably going to find some English speaker girl. But also you can find good English speakers girls in websites where WG advertise. There are plenty ones like barravipsrio and riovips. Most of these girls advertising in these websites can speak at least some decent english.
6. Solarium if I'm not wrong is located in the "Lagoa" area, not in Ipanema. Maybe you're making some confusion with another thermas located in Ipanema called "Centaurus" which is pretty good too. The exact address for Solarium is Rua José Joaquim Seabra, 21 - Lagoa, Rio de Janeiro. RJ.
Sorry for not being able to answer all your questions, but hope that I could be at least a little bit helpful.

$100 a day for non mongering activities seems a lot, did you include accommodation in this? Is Rio expensive in general?
Thanks again.

I was taking a taxi from centro back to Ipanema and my date got talking to the taxi driver and he suggested he could take us there as he lived in Vidigal.
Not sure if you need a local taxi driver or not.

Has anyone ever been to this pace in the favela Vidigal? It looks like it has amazing views and good food / drinks. I might take a trip and have lunch one day. If I remember correctly, there is another famous restaurant in Vidigal that is popular for tourists too but I don't remember the name of the place.

Trying to work out how much spending money I will need for my trip later on in the year.
If for example I went to 4 X 4 and paid entrance, had 30 minutes with a girl and 1 drink, from reading the forum I believe this would cost around 250 Real, is this accurate?
Also I'm on self prescribed TRT, does anyone know the legal situation around steroids in Brazil, tried looking online but can't find a definitive answer?
Thanks for any help.
