What are the details on the 4 x 4 police raid?

Hey,

Just came across a news about 4 x 4 on their own tweets. It was raided by Policia in April and arrests were done.

I read that prostitution is not illegal in Brazil but got confused after reading this news.

Can someone guide please?

So my noob question is what are the going rates of massage parlours in Rio? Is the counter charges inclusive of extra services inside or they are separate. If extra services charges is separate then what are the usual rate for full service / sex.

I'm very much curious about Tantra & Nuru massages.
