Praia Limpa. A website to check the cleanliness of the water

I thought this can be a great resource. It lists a few regions of Brazil including Rio. I was surprised to find 2 Ipanema beaches currently not suitable for swimming, but this is apparently changing all the time. Might be worth to check regularly.

In leblon rua dias ferrara is where I stayed in 2017.

It is as blue blood and exclusive as you can find and safe.

Leblon is not the most exclusive hood.

    Gavea nearby is.

The king and trekking near gavea have gated Compounds where cloistered math geniuses and diplomats and executives kids learn English and French and German.

    Leblons great.

Black girls will not feel welcome there.

On the metro (aterro.) Walking distance to boteco Belmonte is prime. The see suite of the biggest corporations live there as do their kids.

    And their diplomats.

Now with metro going to jardim oceanico mongers and the girls at perola negra can get out to barra as easily as to uruguiana metro.

If bubba boys guide were to be updated the first step would be the metro map.

Professionals study logistics, amateurs study sex.

3 weeks ago I was with a ISG member, walking back from Arpoador to COpa p5 for a meal. Along the way, aggressive panhandlers came up to us and put their hands on us, which I hate. I was wearing: Rio Fire Department shorts, Rio FB bought (casa bombeiros) red rash guard shirt, red boonie cover also bought at casa bombeiros. WHen the panhandlers started putting their hands on us, I put on the leather gloves I bought at the Fire Department store. It was for deterrence. Makes the other people out there more attractive victims. My ISG member buddy who was with me said he had been assaulted coming into a favela where he knows some people. Practice very good situational awareness, gents. I see the trends getting worse.

6 weeks ago, a similar thing happened late at night, on a short walk on av nossa Copacabana from posto 5 to 4, roughly, when I was going for an uber by myself after hanging out with a ISG member. Again, I put on my gloves, which are local bought. A bunch of agro pan handlers came up on me, and started following along the street.

This never happens out at Barra posto 6, never. The locals tell me this is the best 'hood in Rio, with strong law enforcement. This is another reason this is the best area to live IMHO.

So, in summary, I highly recommend avoiding copa especially, but also Ipanema, and choosing instead Barra posto 1 - 6, or in Zona Sul, Botafogo or Jardim Botanico. These are upper middle class areas where law enforcement is strong and there are fewer gringo tourists, which you as a traveler want to avoid.

On the discussion of latest intel about which places are open (luomo closed, etc), I welcome all the criticism and input. This is a great source of up to date intel, and it's great to have all the critical eyes to get up to speed. Thanks.

In 4x4 today a couple of chicks appeared to be about 50 years old.

This is not the first time I've heard a story like that. Anybody who walks around with ANYTHING resembling gold is asking for a trouble. Same goes for NYC Times Square Rolexes, LOL.

LOL how mature are we talking? I would say a good place for mature pros would be Mabs, maybe 9 to 10 pm on you can find some girls in their 30's to 40's. Dolce Vita has a good cross section of ages too after midnight, sure 18 yo are beautiful but I prefer something more mature if I'm going to hang out with her and in dolce vita I have met some great girls 28 to early thirties, they're still plenty young and are not so immature. These Brazilian working girls grow up fast. I don't frequent downtown much but 1 place I do frequent is a place known as 13, it's address is 13 Praca Olavo Bilac, they have the whole spectrum here of ages, sizes, colors, and shapes its a crazy place.

    Mature selections?

Rio has a great selection of young women on the sites we all know. I am curious where to find older ones. Is there a site or a location to find such? Thanks!

Copy that. I took a nap on Copacabana beach once and some asshole stole my cassette player / headphones right off my head while I was sleeping! This was quite a while ago. Hey Sperto you used to post some great pics of beautiful busty cariocas. Got any more? Jajajjajaja.

I don't care how streetwise you think you are, never go walking around in Rio with expensive jewelry and watches on! And don't be looking absentmindedly at your phone ever. He's lucky he didn't get that snatched out of his hands!

    Hey guys,

I also wanted to say big thanks for the information here. I'll be staying between Ipanema / Copacabana all of March. How reliable is this site: https://rioescortguide.com/ ?

I see a lot of good girls close to my area at a decent price. If you can recommend any other reliable online escort sites I'm all ears. Thanks!

    Muito Obrigado

I just spent the last couple weeks RTFF 50+ pages or so and all / most of my questions have been answered, so muito obrigado gentleman. I'm a somewhat experienced hobbyist with tours of duty all over SEA and much of the Caribbean / Latin America but like many, find myself shut out of LOS and other locales by Kafkaesque Quarantines and other hassles and with the Real at a ridiculous exchange rate found myself researching and then committing to a Rio trip in May / June followed by a swing through Colombia June / July. I speak Spanish passably and so thought Portuguese would be an easy learn- which turns out to be an error. This is my first post to ISG, SEA countries were such a breeze that pre-trip recon was minimally necessary and although I have been aware of ISG, I've perused it only on the rare occasion.

Hopefully I will have some reports for you guys in a few months. My preference is for meeting garotas in person first and then taking them home- but it sounds like that's one of many options in Rio. So thanks again for this valuable resource and until I have a useful contribution to the page I'll just be reading.
