The hotel Transamerica / Mediterraneo flats bar is open to the public, and a great pick up spot.

Also open to the public is av Gastao Senges 185, the food center where all the residents go to eat. It's a 100 meter stroll in between. I recommend coming and having meals at 185.

As for the pool, my landlord requires me to register each new guest, and wants to limit me to one. So, here's the protip: Just tell each new girl that you take to the pool to use the name of the girl you registered.
