Rio Bob is our resident swing club expert and reports regularly on Club 2A2 in Botofogo. Others have reported on swing clubs in Barra de Tijuca, about 30-40 min. Out of Copa. Clubs like Club 400 e Paris Cafe (aka. Henri Club) only on certain nights.

In Centro, I believe there is, Mistura Certa Club http://misturacerta.com.br and Festa 18 A (at Club Mix) http://www.clubmixbar.com.br/.

I plan to visit Brazil in 2 weeks, will spend about 4-5 days in SP and then another 4-5 days in RIO. This will be my first visit to South America in general. Anyone know the consequences of Brazilian residency and an uncleared Felony in the US? Does the US Embassy need to be notified? Anyone familiar with the STEP program? Does the department of Justice follow up on being notified? Consequences on threats to federal agent unintentional or otherwise? Probably best to lay low and stfu I'm guessing. Just curious.

VM = Villa Mimosa.

Boaters = bars.

Prices = private brothels, usually in an apartment or office.

Boats. Night clubs and discos. Some boates are expensive. Usually working girls on site olying their services..

Houses or casas with a dozen or less girls. Lots of diamonds in the rough. Cheaper than clinicas termas and boates. Very possible for a R150 price girl to show up at a boate at the end of her shift and charge double the price. Even girls at spots locals go to can show up and charge more than the avg monger earns in a day.
