This is what happens when one looks at the pictures before reading the article. First, it isn't clear that the author is even a man. Second, according to the introduction one could deduct that the author did all of his / her research on line and picked the ones with the web pictures to fit the format of ASKMEN.

If the writer as been to all those places and puts them on his top ten, either he has more money than sense, has never really lived, or comes from a different planet. The Aussies used to do a good standard of casa for the money you paid. Everywhere else he mentions is either an acquired taste or random selection. I don't do overpriced termas, but I'd still rate 4x4 as the best tourist attraction for the monied market. My top ten worldwide would all be places that the quoted writer would not set foot in.

Definitely full of shit. It seems that the writer only threw some places together that he heard about. He mentions Nana Entertainment Plaza in Bangkok which he admits is not even a brothel but a collection of bars and gogos and doesn't say anything about Rainbow 4 which is the top gogo in the place. He seems to have an affinity for Germany because he gives locations there 4 spots out of the top 10. But I expect him to be writing for ratings and not for reality.

mc is still rocking. very high talent level. my old friend from l'uomo, [CodeWord901], surfaced there. i think she was genuinely happy to see me. she is leaving town for a while, going back to europe, she says. gone by now, i guess.

speaking of l'uomo, there was a piece in revista magazine in the 9/9 sunday oglobo all about what is happening to the ex-termas l'uomo. it is being converted to an art gallery. there was a picture of the renovation going on. i tried to identify what part of the club the photo showed, but the place was gutted. i couldn't find it on line, maybe somebody else can find a link.

so, it is definitely gone for good.

wow i miss going to club help the year they closed (because there were talks going on for years about how they were trying to close the place) but it was a good thing that i was able to go to club help a year before they closed and it look like i made it to rio just in time this past march right before l'uomo closed its sad. i had some great times in that place i wonder were some of the stars of that place have gone to now ?

Correct, the US and Brasil reciprocity agreement on 10-year visas has been in place for over 2 years.

Had to have financial info though and proof I had source of income to finance my trip. Irritating, but I'll endure for 10 year visa!

Try Starcris. Com and Newscort. Com. Used both my last trip with good results in August.

Thanks Carlos. Starcris worked fine although more expensive than Scortshow, as 'completo` is extra. BTW, Scortshow closed due to legal problems with in the residential building they were located in. Most likely will reopen once they make arrangements elsewhere.

FYI: I had to renew my Brazilian tourist visa recently. I was expecting the 5yr visa, but to my pleasant surprised I was issued a 10 year visa! (I didn't even know they had a 10 year visa.) This was from the Chicago consulate. Took 3 days to process and cost $160USD.
