You want blond white girls, better to go Porto Alegre in southern Brazil and to Argentina and Paraguay (Asuncion is my preferred place to date non-pros).
As you I'm East-Asian guy, I get one time a white non-pro in Fortaleza and many times muletas and black non-pros in norther city of Brazil. But you have to speak little Portuguese and time and money.

If the Prefeitura wants to clean up the city even more they could buy Balcony and open another museum (Museu Histórico de Putaria e Safadeza).
I heard that Balcony got to pay very large fines several times because of the loud volume of the music. Well, those beer prices should cover any fines.

Question for all you experienced mongering in Brazil. Let me give you a bit of my background. Germany is the only country I have experience mongering. So, German FKK clubs girls are the standard I'm comparing girls to. I am mainly interested in Caucasian (blond or brunet and blue or green eyes) girls. I think Scandinavian and dutch girls are the hottest.
So, I was wondering if I can find beautiful Caucasian girls in Brazil. For those that have experienced German FKK clubs, how are the quality of Caucasian girls compared to German FKK club girls? I've checked out the Brazilian escort sites and the girls on there gave me hard-ons. I have seen too man skinny girls at German FKK clubs, and I'm into girls with more figure (big ass and hips) , which from what I see from the pictures, Caucasian girls from Brazil have. Are there abundance of Caucasian girls there? Also, is there clubs like German FKK clubs there? If so, can I get a decent fuck sessions around E50 per half hour like in Germany?
Also, I am Asian-American, what are my chances of getting laid with non-pros? Do I need a lot of game like in the States, or is it easy to get numbers and fuck there?

There is no plan to "close" Balcony, nor get rid of the hookers. There is always pressure from city hall and from the building management to "clean up" but David and the management are always pushing back and paying whatever bribes / fines necessary to maintain the status quo.

The chick complained to the garconete, the short dark one with the phat ass, cute face, and little titties. She brought me another choppe.
I don't know if it was the beer, but some of garconetes At Balcony look more fuckable than the GDP's!

Posts: 13The guy who passed away at Balcony was a very gentle and nice midlle age man.
The guy who passed away at Balcony last night was one of the nicest persons I know.
He did not drink. Always was hanging with an agua com gas (so no chance at all.
Of any foul play) and watching the bundas walk by. He was with some of his best friends.
When he passed away.
He was diagnosed with a heart problem about half a year ago and was on a waiting.
List to get a heart operation. Unfortunately it looks like his heart suddenly gave out
Before that planned event.
He loved to find that cute and pretty spinner, among the many average garotas at.
Balcony. He knew what he was doing. He loved Balcony (and Terraco Atlantico and Help before)
And was in a place he enjoyed when he passed away.
I and my / his friends will miss this kind and gentle guy tremendously.

if you feel suicidal you should cross the avenida at praça das bandeiras. lots of lanes and the car goes at top speed.
there is a place where i wish i saw more accidents. at central, on the other side of av presidente vargas. there are always a bunch of scumbags who rob people getting of the buses. they snatch a bag, neckless or mobile phone and then they cross the avenida running quickly. it's a a miracle that they don't get hit by a bus. 15 minutes later they are back waiting for a new victim.
regarding medical care. what impressed me are the small free public clinics that they have in botafogo and some other places in rio. i think they are run by the bombeiros in some way. i followed friends there a couple of times. well-organized, clean, attend quickly and very professional doctors.

The number 1 way of dying in Brazil is by car accident. The roads are terrible, the cars have no airbags, side impact bars or even ABS and they drive to a very poor standard. Then if you do survive a crash in these crappy little cars the chance of an ambulance getting to you quickly is low and then if they do get to you when you are still alive the standard of medical care is also lower. Net result, you are 5 times more likely to die on a road in Brazil per Km traveled compared to the US or 10 times more likely to die per KM traveled than in Germany or most Euro countries.

In Brazil I don't worry about getting killed by robbery, I worry about dying from just a normal accident.
