Happened to pass by the New Help which is the former Mermaid which is the former Franks. Can't provide any details other than saw the red sign on the building.

I saw a "New Help" sign on Franks in January. Of course it's bullsh*t, but I was surprised it had not caused any alarm among the Help lovers on the forum.

And I happened to pass by the new 4x4 which is the former shithole which was also previously a shithole before that, known occasionally to overcharge, next to the first casa on the right as you enter Vila Mimosa. Can't provide any details as they were asking more than Rs30 which I felt was a bit much and so I went next door. No relation to the former (and still existing) 4x4, whose name it's probably stolen, in Centro, which of course charges maybe ten times that all in.

And I happened to pass by the old Help site which will be the new Museum of Image and Sound. Details follow: Construction progress continues slowly. The concrete perimeter foundation has reached street level and interior excavation is ongoing. This week they replaced the old posters on the perimeter fence and they have been installing what appears to be a public relations office with a large glass front in the steel fence.

This girl is a monster, a Gorgon. Don't know how she can survive on those mounds of silicon. Her face is pretty ugly too, the eyes too far apart, the forehead too large, the chin too sharp, and there is an obvious disharmony between the lenght of torse and the lenght of legs (too short).
