Astute observation, my friend. But, bear in mind that one can find an image of just about anything on the internet. Google the phrase VietNam visa, and look under the Images, and you will have countless images to pull off these here internets. Its easy to grab some image on just about any subject and download it off the internet. I gave that a lot of thought myself and I realized that it would be a different story to post an image of your visa or passport stamp laying on a sheet of paper with your screen name on it. But, to get down to what I'm really getting at, I have posted all my passport stamps that relate to all my numerous field reports on this site.

Now if you notice, my passport is laying on a piece of paper with my screen name on it. That is something that you can not just pull off the internet. Your screen name physically laying next to the image of your screen name, not digitally printed onto the image is something that makes the image unique. For example, I Googled the phrase "Vietnam Visa Wyatt Earp" and you know what I came up with? Lots of images of Wyatt Earp and lots of images of old time firearms. And that's why I posted my passport stamps for my field reports for my trips this past year to SE Asia and to Bogota over the Labor Day weekend. There are too many charlatans on internet forums posing as experts. Thanks to the plethora of info about anything on the internet, its easy for anyone who has never been 50 miles from home to portray himself as a man of the world on internet forums. Consider this example of an impressive young man who convinced experienced travelers that he was an expert on adventure travel. Problem was, he was a con man.

I hope that clarifies my quest for veracity on this forum.

My brother and friend, you don't have to justify shit to anyone on this board! I personally know you and you are a world traveler. Not everyone posts trip reports, thus, no worries.

If I want information about Vietnam, I know damn well you would provide me the information.

Fuck these armatures that don't add anything to this site!

I tried to send you a Private Message but couldn't, so if you'd like pay for the PM privilege I'll be happy to send you the link. Otherwise, I'd rather not post links to private apartments in open forums; call it paranoid, but whatever.

I strongly recommend you pay for the subscription. A lot of info can be found not on these pages, but when you talk to fellow members.

If the money's tight, you can easily find this listing on Airbnb. Just look for a cheap 1 B with the ocean views on Atlantica in Copa.

Vietnam is a wonderful country to visit. I think Vietnamese women are very beautiful. From my limited experience, the scene is always changing, but there is always something cooking for mongers. Hey, it's Asia. Those Asian guys are dogs.

Had 2 outstanding encounters. One at 4 X4 with a lovely morena. India approached me first, but I didn't mind, love those morenas. She refused to have a drink when I offered, which is a very good sign. We sat and cuddled near the dance stage for about 20 minutes, then got into the room right before 6. Very enthusiastic, nice and slow BJ, all positions, nice (fake, but nice) moans, finished with her underneath and her legs squeezed together. That's one position that helps me shoot my load when it's enough already.

Laid on the bed, she's in my arms, then she suggested another round. I knew I wouldn't be able to shoot again, but what the fuck we still had time. We fucked for another 15 minutes or so, then there was a knock on the door, but she ignored it. Unfortunately, it wasn't meant to be for the second time, so I just pulled out and took her number before saying goodbyes. The damage was are $389 (9 for a soda).

Another good encounter was at Eden Spa of all places at Nossa Senhora 583, 4th floor. Pricey at $200 for 30 minutes and only 4 girls in a line-up when I got there around 9. Luckily, 2 of them were hot. The first one was Halle Berry lookalike, Mia or something, and the other one was Leticia. I told the attendant I wanted Mia, but she (or was it he, does anyone know if it's a dude or a woman?) whispered that Mia was no good, whatever that means. So I asked for Leticia and she was a winner..

If you dealing with Pros in Termas or Mabs, Then you don't need to know a lick of Portuguese. Knowing Portuguese helps a lot in Brazil especially with Non-Pros, Even if your dealing with a Pro, I can almost guarantee you will get better GFE treatment.

Learning Portuguese will open up a new world to you instead of just seeing Brazil through the lens of a gringo.

No but the nursery stage in rio would be the big termas where you pay a lot and it's a safe environment a la Mc solarium 4 x 4 Centaurus etc I started there with zero portugues and had a blast. Now I've outgrown them years ago due to language and cultural fluency so non pro scene and occasional trash or lower terma is fine but yes it's a gentle intro to Rio.

My first time in the DR, Sosua, 9-10 years ago, that was my best trip in the DR ever; again, I did not speak a word of the language.

I've been exploring many countries since 1978 (thanks to the Navy), and personally, I would be bored to death in places like Black Beards Resort and Casa Blanca.

But then again, everyone has their own safety zone.

Nobody starts as an expert. But, nobody learns unless they take a chance. And mongering has always been about risks. My Spanish is lousy. I can't barely speak a dozen words in Spanish when I went to Medellin over two years ago. I had a great time. My Spanish was marginally better when I arrived in the DR last year. I took some risks and pulled some dicey girls off the streets and businesses where management had no control over who went in and out. It was a challenge, I had one serious confrontation and yes it was fun. Went to Bogota for this past labor day weekend and after some tutoring I spoke some basic Spanish. However that didn't prevent some misunderstandings regarding prices, but I still had a great time and came back with my hide intact (see my trip reports on the Bogota thread).

These forums have reports by people who walked down La Linea in Guatemala City or strip clubs in Lagos. I have walked around Avenue La Greiff In Medellin's Centro after dark to look at the street meat. Not recommended but somebody has to do so you don't have to. That was my first trip to Latin America, period. I've walked into dark compounds in Bali only to have guys walk out of the shadows and say "You need lady?" only to find out that these were safe and friendly spots for great, cheap sex with tiny Asian girls.

What does this website say at the top of the page? Money is world's greatest aphrodisiac. And guess what? Money is also the language of short-term love. I have yet to monger in a country where money has not transcended all linguistic barriers.

The internet has created a class of low level mongers. Some will ascend or others will stay in their "safe place" bubbles, seeking out the first-world safety of the FKK clubs in Germany or places like the Mansion in MDE as long as they have the substantial cash for it. But, for those who aspire for more, low level mongers will never get much respect. We can't help you go to places we never went to and never will go to unless we find ourselves in a wheelchair.
