Its been a running joke for the past 3 weeks, every day that I pass 4 X4 I ask when they will be open and someone will tell me "Tomorrow" and I will respond with "The 10th tomorrow in a row? Truth be told, I don't think 4 x4 will be open for a long time, probably not until after carnival.

1) In over 20 years, I have never seen ANYTHING be done quickly in Rio de Janerio, nothing. Anything that has to do with construction takes forever to complete.

2) Firemen died in that building, they will nit pick every detail the owners to death before they finally approve reopening.

3) I don't see any work happening at the location. I never see workers going in and out of the building, nobody carrying equipment or supplies, no garbage containers to remove anything. Just a few men sitting outside or at the table inside having conversations.

I think the longer 4 X 4 stays closed the better, you have T65 at $275 an hour in a suite, you have 502 at $250 on hour in a suite and Cancun I think $400\450 an hour in a suite, all the line ups will suffer when 4 X 4 reopens & it will cost more to bang the same girls.
