Are the two mutually exclusive? Because something is Brazilian, does that mean it can't be nefarious. The key phrase in your post is "as far as I know," which apparently isn't very much. I have done duplas at Solarium and Monte Carlo and was not charged double for the room, only for two girls.

By all means, feel free to boycott all termas which engage in this "nefarious practice." They likely won't miss you, and neither will the guys who're not worried about squeezing a nickel til the buffalo shits. Rio Branco 156 Apt 2622 with Amanda
Rio Branco 181 Apt 2114 with Gisele
I payed the room per 40 minutes or 1 hour plus anal service: "O anal esta' fora por 30-50 R$"

--> 85R$/40' or 100R$/1h plus 50/anal service
--> total 150 R$ 1h completa

Do you think is normal to pay anal service like extra service?

The price payed is correct?

Moreover, You choose the girl that You can see just 10 or 15 seconds, Is this correct? Is possible to see all the girls together, to compare and choose the best?

The 85R is correct for 40 min but giving in to 50R was un called for. I have been there a lot of times and never give any extra for anal. One time I was asked when a friend of mine took 2 girls at one time for a festiva for an hour which lasted for 1 1/2 hours and we gave 25R extra to be switching back and forth. One girl asked for 15R for anal and I said no.

I have had anal with Caroll and about 4 others there in November and again in March. I will be there next week Friday after work and I will not pay extra for anal. They must have charged you that because you are not Brazilian... Guys if we continue to let them they will continue to charge extra...

Its a lower scale Termas of a 4x4 set up. Not even close as far as talent when comparing to 4x4 and Termas 65.

But I will say this, if patient, you can find a winner. Its a clean establishment and the garota I was with gave very good service. She just started last week, and is a transfer fom Termas 65.

Typical structure as the Highend termas, but the quality is not the same, but it is worth a visit just to check. If you like them thick and super thick, you will find some good material.

Yes, you wear a robe, you get the key attched to the rubber bracelet and so forth. You pay at the end. This place had the same feel as Termas 502

160R for 1hr
120R for 40 minutes
They have a promotion for 30 minutes, which you get 2 garotas for I think it was 140R.

Open from 3pm to midnight. Take your own rubeers, they charge 3R per. Laters!

It was a wonderful happy hour scene. I tell you, the whiskeria scenario is a pretty darn good alternative. Its 20R entrance.

I ordered 3 beers and a hard drink for myself and a couple of other ladies. Plus 20R entrance fee, total damage was 51R. Thats about 26US right now. Are you kidding me, I pay that much back home for valet parking and a drink.

For 51R, I had drinks for myself and a couple of other smoking hot garotas, paid for entrance, was making out and feeling another one up. Plus, I accomplished my objective....which was to get a number from a garota I met last week upstairs and set up a possible side meeting this saturday comming up. Plus, I did have the option of taking a garota to the cabina.

I did not partake, cause I had already been to BA 21. I did spread some of my DNA there.

"Room fee" is a euphemism. It's the money the house makes when a girl fucks. If a girl goes to a room, if she's getting paid, the house wants to get their cut. They call it a "room fee" because they can't call it a "pimp fee." Termas are a borderline activity. (Hint: The money paid to the authorities is probably not called a "bribe" either...) Termas means, roughly, "bathhouse," not "w*orehouse." Hookers are called "attendants" and the house cut is called the "room fee." Get used to it. It doesn't have to do with the room, it has to do with the pussy.

I was in a termas recently and they tried to charge me R$60 entrance fee, $230 per hour per girl x 2 (dupla), AND a separate room charge. I got the separate room fee waived. I always experienced that the room fees were built into the girls fees. And the final bill was always entrance fee (if not waived for a promotion or early entrance), girl/room fee and drinks.

In fact, with a dupla (2 x the girls fees) they are making more on the room. But the room was bigger and nicer. Has anyone else experienced this? Are they trying to raise rates to include this? Or were they trying to rip me off. Or making an "honest mistake"?

The manager also waived the entrance fee when I went down to settle because I think he knew I was not pleased.

First time I've been in a termas in about 8 months. I have not read any postings here about such a practice.

I am confused. Did the R$230 include the room charge? If not, how much was this charge? What termas was this at? Being less vague will help your questions be answered.

Some termas itemize the girl and room fee (Luomo, Monter Carlo). Some only show the total (4x4). Notably Monte Carlo only charges the room fee once for a dupla even though it is a bigger room. The last time I did a dupla there a few years ago 65 only charged the room fee once as well.

In most of them, if you do a dupla they will charge you only once for the room and separately for each girl. The notable exception is L'uomo, which will charge you twice for the room. The Hells Angels seem to have taken over Rio for the time being, specifically the Othon Palace and MP. Very funny to see the "gangstas" sauntering up to MP then walking swiftly by when they see their favorite haunt taken over by middle aged men in fancy dress. It has left the girls in total confusion, they have no idea what to do with white men with more tattoos than them

I am down here, too. There were about 30 of them on my plane coming down. Yeah, the Angels seem a bit confused an unsure of what to do. I have seen a couple talking to women but not many.

40R entrance.....waived if you take a garota in cabina before 5 pm

190R 40 minutes ( not too sure, becuase I took the hour option )

Was chatting a bit with the gerente( son of owner as well ), and I asked him if he had neck pain. He was wondering why I would ask. Being that he is usually sitting up by the front desk, he sees all of the garotas constantly walking by, checking in, etc. Every once in a while he will slap one in the ass as she walks by. After a couple of minutes he came by, punched me on the left shoulder, and leaned in and said, while laughing....I already got so used to it, you will too.

I usually go 4 x 4 once per trip, and it never seizes to amaze me how well structured this particular buss. is. I like to sit by the front desk for a while, observe, and listen to conversations between the owner and staff. Also, it gives me a much better look at the garotas as they walk by.

One final observation....what the hell is the deal with wearing a baseball cap backwards and/or a headband while wearing a robe in the boite? For goodness sake, I like the accessories as well, but not while wearing a robe in a termas. Freedom of expression is wonderful, but have some common sense. Laters!

As the matter a fact, I did a hair transplant in Rio back in '03 and 4x4 was my favorite place, so I had to cover my head with something. I wore a bandana at the time, but the administration of 4x4 did not allow me to wore it on the premises... I gues the rules changed as more gringos pouring in to Rio's once - a locals mostly known terma.
