Obviously, I am biased, but rio.

Best mix from super blond loira blond (barra) to mulatta and negra (rest of rio, especially vm, centro, and the hidden gems are in niteroi).

People who like Asian girls can go talk about that elsewhere.

What I want to know is where the legit beautiful Bi Negras or Mulatas are at? Chocolate or caramel lesbianism (where I jump in between them periodically) is my hunger. Where shall it be fed in Rio?

People are saying pattayas beaches are filthy. What beach in Brazil blows out Phuket? Ipanema to Leme beach is pretty much the same except for the size of waves. Are you talking a different city in Brazil. I'm up for checking out a different beach for a couple days when I go in a few months.

I would say some beaches of Buzios (3 hrs north of Rio) if not most, are more beautiful than what I saw on Phuket. Same goes for many beaches of Angra dos Reis (3 hours south). Lopes Mendez on Ilha Grande is simply spectacular, although it's not easy to get to. One day I took a boat tour from Ilha Grande and they took us to several beaches, and I would describe every beach as being better than Phuket.

Then I remember a gorgeous beach in Cambariu, Santa Catarina. Another one in Salvador, Bahia, which was simply amazing. I'm not good with the names, but it's hard not to find a nice beach in Brazil if you stay close to the coast.

Then there are beaches I know by "reputation" only. Like Mr. E said some of the best beaches are in the Northeast. Another city for excellent beaches is Florianapolis, which is in the south.

Now a disclaimer: I don't hate Phuket. I actually had a good time there, but I don't remember my mind being blown by the beaches or natural beauty or mongering opportunities. I remember crowds everywhere and not much more. Then again, I only stayed there for 4 days, so I'm sure I missed plenty. I'm just saying, I don't see Phuket as a single travel destination, especially if you're based in the States. If you go to Thailand anyway, then Phuket makes sense.

Many good beaches in Brazil but they are all in the northeast. The February when covid started me and my girlfriend took a road trip and hit most of them from Natal to Salvador. Pattaya beaches are filthy. I literally almost threw up one morning just looking at it. When my mom and aunts came to visit we were walking down the sidewalk on the beach and as I put my foot down I squished a rat that was crossing my path. When I lifted my foot he kept running. I had on flip flops.

Yes, we certainly have different tastes in women. I like them slender and natural. One might think I am at a disadvantage in Brazil, but I manage to find plenty of attractive girls that have exactly what I like. Any Thai or asian woman with a decent booty is going to be fairly chunky. Typically they will have big thighs only. No hate, but It's just their body type.

The flying time is shorter, Brazileiras are hotter, and even for Asian lovers, you can find them in Brazil, too. Now, if I was already in Thailand, there is nothing wrong with Samui or Phucket or Hua Hin, but flying all the way down there for the beach and some action (which is wildly inferior to BKK and Pattaya) -- fuck no.

There are also Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai in the north that I've never been to but hope to visit one day. No beach, though.

No there is no hooker beach unless you count all the hookers lined up on the sidewalk in front of the beach (called the Coconut Bar). So I guess there is a hooker beach, but that is in Pattaya, not Phuket and there are a couple hundred chicks in the night, but only a few during the day.

Thai people do not generally go to the beach in the day time. They go at night. If they do go in the day then they usually do not wear bikinis, but wear shorts and a tshirt. Phuket beaches are not exactly oil paintings and it is an overpriced tourist destination.

The beach pictures are of a recent trip to Samui. (Other pics of Pattaya ferry and beach map of the island). The beaches there were nice, but the mongering bars were not near the beach. I had a chick with me anyway though. You would need to rent a motorbike and I think the bars are only open at night.

My recommendation is to go to Pattaya and take the ferry 45 minutes to the island for $1. You can bring a chick with you. I will usually go in the morning on the 10 am ferry and come back on the 5 pm ferry. You can also spend the night on the island as many Chinese people do.

I endorse Mr E's suggestion to take the ferry to Koh Larn off Pattaya, I enjoyed a beach on that island last month. But Thais are really into social media photos and so I saw lots of sweet young things being photographed on the beach in bikinis by their boyfriends and girlfriends, so there can be plenty of eye candy to enjoy.

I think the answer depends on how long you plan to visit Thailand. Assuming you have 2 weeks or longer to spend in country and that you want to relax on a couple beautiful, tropical beaches without forgoing the girls or bringing one along, kkk /555, I suggest taking a 5 to 7 day side trip to Phuket in the middle of your visit and bookend your trip with BKK and Pattaya. But whatever you do, do not skip BKK or Pattaya! We are talking about the greatest red light districts in the known universe. Ha Ha Ha.

Patong Beach is the main beach town town in Phuket. Bang La Road is Phuket's version of Pattaya's infamous Walking Street. It is not even close, but this is where you will probably want to stay on the island to take advantage of the nightlife. Rent a motor scooter so you can visit a few more beautiful nearby beaches during the day. Most of the west coast Phuket beaches are sheltered and protected by a reef and so the water is usually smooth as a mirror and visibility is pretty good. Air temp 95, water temp 90, humidity 90%. My favorite beaches are Kata noi, Karon, Kamala and Surin (a little wave action here).

Delta is scheduled to start doing JFK to GIG in December. I checked January and it starts from $626 RT. Quite reasonable for a nonstop, and I don't think it'll last.
