    Really?

Learning a language is much more than just learning words.

It would be easy if it was just learning words.

It's the grammar, mechanics, pronunciation, etc that make it a challenge.

Probably only two there, plus about 5 cute quite doable chicks. The rest overly large and not worth sticking your dick into. Lots of titties on display in the various bars. Found a very cute petite blonde callled "Pauli" in a red bikini with a curvy little ass and nice fresh titties. I asked if she did the "programa", and she said yes, and quoted me 52 reals for 20 minutes. So up to the cabina and I was surprised that she put a fresh sheet on the grubby looking single mattress. She took everything off except the high heels, so miss, doggy (she asked me to go devagar on that one), and finished off in flatdog. As soon as I finished she headed straight out of the cabina and never came back.

So I have worked out how to clean my cock after the deed in these low end joints. As banheiros are few and far between, I take with me a pre-prepared soaped up towlette in a plastic bag. Then to wash off the soap I have another pre-prepared wet towlette to wash off the soap. Then a bit of drying with a piece of paper. Cleaning my cock straight after the event with soap I am certain is a good anti-herpes measure. Anyway that is my theory.

Will probably be back to VM again tomorrow night for another "gem".
I walk around with disposable baby wipes. They have pocket size one that have 10 and 12 in a pack. Fits nicely in my back pocket.

Those with fewer words have less of a facility for language in general and therefor logically will be more dificult to pick up porto.

    You would think. But

I will be in Rio shortly and was wondering if there are any termas in the Copacabana area that are worth a visit.

If not, I will take a taxi to 4 x4.

Also, is the Mabs mentioned, the one at the north end of Copacabana, and listed as a restaurant?

    Thanks.
Depends on your budget and your taste.

Gringos go to Monte Carlo-rua hilario. Less than Centaurus and Solarium but still expensive by Rio standards.

Youll be droppin 600 for an hour in the room incl entrance.

Mixture of girls but pretty plastic vibe. More european looking types.

Centaurus same. Few mulattas mixed in.

Solarium another for white looking girls.

4 x 4 is always a circus but has more variety of girls.

You sound like a newbie so probably zero portuguese.

Try the other termas in centro regardless. Cheaper and more local love.

Thats too funny and v true.

I speak french and despite French sharing latin verb roots w portuguese, it is a trickier language to learn-grammar is unnecessarily complicated but hey the girls are worth it!.

Without it I would be nowhere near at the level I'm at with girls in Brazil. Nowhere. Its one thing charming a GDP and getting her to hang for expenses only with minimal to none portuguese but.

Its an entirely different proposition having to score with someone on skype speaking only portuguese.

After my first trip to Br in 2013,I made the decision to either never return or to learn the language and really dig in and integrate and try and reap the benefits of an honorary carioca status. I'm glad I chose the latter gents.

I would say my first Brasil non-pro mini relationship / fuck fest through Cupid came after 9 months of learning and 11 months after visiting for the first time.

I was nowhere near fluent but enough to communicate with her somewhat.

Things picked up dramatically after 1 year and a half-being able to speak to non-pros on skype much better and there after have had.

Quite a few non-pros off cupid by being able to speak.

I'm now at the 2 year point an have a smoking hot girlfriend whos 25 years younger than me and a student from north and this would never ever have happened without.

    Portuguese.

None of the girls I met off Cupid speak English-GF speaks a little bit but its CIM and bareback / come inside all the way and has been from first week so can't complain.

I met a stunner from Fortaleza-black girl off there as well. Mini romance. Tightest wettest pussy I ever had. Nice bareback and CIM. Brasil we thank you! LOL.

Having said that the girls are used to getting fucked hard, so part of tradition.

Really and truly my interaction with normal non-pros shot up the moment I could speak-via sites and stuff and its almost as easy meeting non-pro freaks off sites as it is w gdps practically so can only recommend.

As it widens the possibilities in Brazil-not shutting down the GDP experience. Its great but variation is good and most of them are normal chick who contrary to popular belief do develop feelings for clients sometimes-.

    My x-periences.

Monday night is the worst night during the week for mongering in terms of termas / boates. The garotas stay at home after Sunday chillin. They come to work Tuesday-so Tues. To Thursday rocks.

Friday but only up to a certain time of evening because they want to go out.

Saturday its zona sul or Florida or other late night centro places. Sub solo too.

Sunday its only Villa Mimosa but can be a bit dead Sunday for sure.

Not saying you can't find something on a Monday-it is possible but I have found 25 x more Tues.-Thur.

MC and Centaurus and Solarium are exceptions as they cater to gringos and charge more.

Since I learnt portugues I have stopped going to the Zona Sul termas completely. Haven't been for a year.

I go to where the Brazilians go as its cheaper and the girls prefer a cool gringo who treats them well and still speaks portuguese than the wam-bam-thank you mam approach of locals.

Going off the beaten path! Try as I might, I'm unable to get an early start. Arrived in Centro at 4p. Objective was Carla, A legend in the local boards. She's at Av 13 de Maio, 33, it's an interesting building full of Prives and Massagems. Two entrance are located on it's side, not facing the street. Entrance nearest Av 13 de Maio, is Bloco A. The other entrance is closer to Rua Sen Dantas. After figuring out how to get to the Massagem, got the dreaded, "Sorry, she not here today. "

Plan B was Bel Prazer, at Ave Rio Branco, 185, walking distance. It's another interesting Building full of Prives and Massagems. The guide books don't tell you about the circular ramp to access the elevator banks. Nor do they tell you that the elevators only go to the 20th floor, and in order to reach the 21st Floor and your objective, a flight of stairs near the elevators is used. (Who the Hell designed this Building?) Located Bel and got buzzed in.

Plan B was Tania. Tania gets rave reviews on the local boards and was available. She looks thinner on Bel's website. Tania is a Par 3 course, if you're not too big. Tania was Ok, but did NOT rise to the GFE+, PSE+ level of Raquel at Delirio in Copa. Damage of $R190, with the R$50 A+ surcharge, was close to Delirio rate of $R200. Prior to leaving I saw the available line up. Only one stood out. http://www.belprazer.com/taina/.

Afterwards went to checkout the Free Picasso exhibit at the Banco do Brasil Cultural Center, (it's not all about Mongering.)

Next stop was the 4x4 Whiskeria. All the years I've visited Rio, I never set foot in there. $R40 cover, 1 Bohemia and done, (it was Dead and I only wanted a quick drink.) Got a quick bite nearby and as I didn't want to return to Copa, figured I'd recon the area.

At close to 7p, Rua Uruguaiana 24 was closed. So Love 119 at Rua Da Alfandega 119, was open. $R9 for an Antarctica 473ML can. Only saw one acceptable garota: young, hard body, thin waist Mulatta, with a hard ass, and full of tatts. She got scooped twice while I nursed my beer. I'd go back for her. Garotas here are older, thicker, and tatted up. One and done and I was out the door.

While searching for So Lazer on Rua Do Acre, (it was closed, BTW,) stumbled upon 31 Nightclub and Bar on Rua Alcantara Machado, 31. R$10 cover includes 1 beer. Maybe 8 garotas this night, a few acceptable. $R190 for an hour program. Not too far from here is MV30 on Rua Mayrink Veiga 30, it was open, $R30 cover, but no Garotas! WTF!

At this point I was still looking for So Lazer and found two boates on Rua Leondro Martins, (around the corner from So Lazer,) 03 was dead, 05 was lively. It's called Vanessa Rio 05. $R8 Antartica 473ML can, no cover. Closes at 11p, so I had a little over an hour to kill. Decent lineup of Garotas, I'd go back to inspect further. Had 2 beers as I was enjoying myself. Got out of there just before 11p.

While heading towards Uruguaiana Station, found another Boate: Bar 210, on Rua Uruguaiana, (210, I'm guessing.) It was crowded and Lively, with a DJ. It's a very small bar. Closes at 3a I was told. 473ML can of Antarctica is $R9. Garotas were arriving. Good place to hang after the other nearby places close, just to see what shows up.

I found it interesting that all these places, except for 31 Nightclub, had the same rates: $R45 for 15min, $R55 for 20min, $R70 for 30min, $R80 40min and $R135 for an hour. (Same owner, I was told. And Yes, those rates make no sense.) Except for 4x4, all these places had steep staircase to get to the bar. I had a good time killing an otherwise dead Monday night.

Caveat: The Garotas in these Trash places are not for everyone. If you think going to Vila Mimosa is hairy, then walking around Centro at night is not for you. Most of these streets are deserted. Proceed with caution, be able to spreak Porto and don't be flashy
Great report! Thanks for the info. I will be checking some of them out in October.
