If you are a newbie (and not knowing your budgets), go to MonteCarlo. Google them up, you will find their website / address etc. , it is right off of Avenue Atlantica. I'm not a Rio expert at all but have been there before and will be there next week for a couple weeks. Leaving a couple days before you arrive.
