One thing, robbings at gunpoint is way up in Zona Sul so do take care out there like Taxi!. Couple of cariocas I know got it at 9 pm on Ipanema beach etc.

People are getting desperate but look at what's happening politically and its not a surprise.

Also homelessness is way up especially in Copacabana-the outcasts from zona norte bairros come there.

I thought the police had cleaned up Copa, no more homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks. I remember seeing the police show up in a big bus to round up the homeless children and send them off somewhere.

I remember being able to go to 4 x4, have two 1 hour sessions, drink a couple of sodas and still have enough money to take a taxi back to Copa, all for 100 dollars! With the drastic increase in prices, we would have to have a rate of about 7-1 to see those days again.

There are flights basically hourly, from 2-3 different airlines, from SP to Rio -- largely from the domestic airport (SP's CGH) to domestic airport (RJ's SDU).

They call it the "air bridge" because it's so frequent.

As others have pointed out, if you travel last minute you will get hosed on prices -- could be up to BRL 1000 one way some times.

Best to book in advance on TAM or GOL or Avianca.

There are a number of flights daily from GRU to SDU as well I believe (and maybe GIG) but I always find CGH-SDU the best.

If I were you I'd spend at least 2-3 days in SP. If you like outdoors -- beach, forest, hikes -- then sure RJ is better. But I think the quality at the privates in SP is top notch. Plus they have better restaurants.

Plus if you want to spend the coin you can try the expensive joints like Scandalo and Cafe Foto that people here have mentioned, or try some more interesting places like Casarao.

ABG is a good guy to talk to on the SP board.

I'm so fucking tired of getting gringoed all the time in RJ -- and the service is generally so bad -- that maybe I'm jaded about recommending it.

I've got to agree with King Cartman here.

The service in Rio can be disgraceful at times but these people are making a disgracefully low wage as well. It is not universal in Rio though, mainly shop attendants, cash registers etc.

But the service from the girls makes up for it.

I'm sure SP has a higher level of professionalism due to it being a business center and privees sound good.

When I had arrived in SP airport is it easy to book for a Rio flight? Can I find any flight at any time? Yes I can book it in advance but I am afraid if I have a retard then I can't catch the Rio flight. So will prefer to find one when I arrived SP spontenaously.

First of all I want to emphasize that I am trying to learn the situation from you guys who is in Rio. I am not trying to prove anyhting or to defend FKK's against termas.

I just need a fair comparison. That is all.

Your post feels like the most logical one and I guess you have been both. As far as I understand FKK's are a little bit better in optics if your taste is much more for European that is what I am but of course passionate is an important plus point for Termas.

I didn't plan for Sau Paulo despite it will be my first stop due to there is no direct flight from here to Rio (I live in Istanbul) because I think during my days which are not spent in Termas it will be nice to be on beach in Rio. For a normal trip Rio is much better I think. I guess a lot more fun in Rio. Please confirm.

But if you tell me there is significant difference in means of quality in SP termas compared to Rio termas than I can consider to stay there for a few days. I will have total 7 days to spend in Brasil and splitting the time between two cities doesn't make sense.

I can do math perfectly. I am an experienced engineer. The entrance price is including food and drink and it can drop down to 40 Euro in some special hours for FKK's so if you want to compare apple to apple then you can see that in both entrance price is very close so no need to consider it.

The bigger portion of cost will spend to sessions with girls so I am trying to compare this.

Bad move. Don't wait and catch flight on the fly-you will pay for it. Rio for me kills SP but that's personal choice. Rio kills Germany because I don't go for eastern europeans.

So briefly 40 minutes session cost is 300-350 brl. Which makes around 100 euro.

50 euro for 30 minutes must be actually same with Terma 40 minutes because it is actually onetime sex. So usually 20 minutes.

Either I can't read or you can't do math. Based on your statement an FKK will run you at least 150 Euros. Monte Carlo will run you about 500 brl for the same. 350 brl and 4 x4. So that's about 145 euro and 105 euro. How is 145 50% more expensive than 150? It's actually cheaper.

Yeh, I said SP = Sao Paulo. I think BRL 230 was all-in for an hour with extras (anal, CIM). Ask ABG on the SP boards. At a top place like Miruna.

The best FKKs have a lot better selection, especially thinner, Euro-style girls including the sultry looking ones from Romania etc. Trouble is, a lot of them are just lame lays.

MC is 100 entrada and 330 for girl + 90 for suite so for an hour that's 500+ Reais.

Centaurus is 140 are entrada, girl must be 400 now for an hour and suites 100+?.
