One more thing: get a second hand UNLOCKED Pixel 4a+ phone (bands work everywhere) (or a Samsung) for about $US140 and make sure you have a paid and reputable VPN like NORD regardless of what carrier / SIM / eSim you use and buy a $US6 protective case. I was just in Rio for two months and used Seeking in addition to the termas, prives and photoaccompanhantes.com. There aren't many girls on seeking but met up with a few. Other cities are much better for Seeking. When in Rio I think termas are your best bet.

Have you checked Copa airlines? They have one stop in Panama.

Well, yes, it's a risky business, but the authorities aren't doing it for the safety of sex workers. They are fighting prostitution to keep their electorate (read: housewives) happy. If they were really concerned with the safety of sex workers, smart regulations always work better than restrictions.
