Absolutely locals get screwed by these girls too. Good looking girls will not hesitate to completely screw over a local or a foreign guy to get what they want or at least what the perceive to want. I know of heaps of GDP's milking the shit out of local guys.

This year will mark my 10th year of going to Brazil, probably lived there for half of those years. The same story repeats over and over again. Guy thinks she is different / special, falls for her, then gets divorced / fucked over. I must have heard the story of 100's of ex GDPs and the paths their lives have taken. Can only think of 2 guys that married an ex GDP brazilian girl where the relationship worked out OK out of the literally 100's of GDP's that have passed through my eyes. An absolute horror story is the norm.

Nahh. I have known her for over 8 years. This girl is a 30 year old virgin. Church/Family girl. That is why I stopped dealing with her. I gave her an ultimatum to put out or I was finished with her. I really don't even talk to her anymore. When she sent the email my only response was ok.

Have we really made it THAT easy for brasilians to get visas to America? I know the guidlines were a little strict before but if the rules are this lax now, than I wonder why there are ANY GDPS in copa at all! They should all be here in Vegas charging 2K for an hour!

Seems like your friend is on a "FUCK TOUR". They travel from state to state to see all their old clients. Its actually an incredible way to travel, you get to see all the major cities, go to the tourist attractions, eat at the best places and go to the clubs, all for FREE! I know a number of GDPS who did this once they got to the states, but at least they came in on fiancee visas, not tourist visas.

I have heard dozens of horror stories of Americans getting girls visas to come to the states and within a few weeks, the girl takes off for parts unknown. In fact,"running away" is more the norm, than a girl actually staying with you like originally intended. However, this is the first time I heard of it happening to a brasilian!

I went to a NYE party in Newark, it was a nice place with about 30 native brasilians. Great party, everyone was warm and friendly. I met one really cool guy from Niteroi and he told me about his virgin trip to America. He has a good job building homes and he had no problem getting a tourist visa to the states. He asked his girlfriend if she wanted to come along. (This is the strange part. I made him repeat it 3 times to make sure I understood him correctly) She was 22 years old, unemployed, no house, no kids, no money in the bank, nothing to return to brasil for! He told the immigration agent that he would be responsible for her and he would cover all the expenses of the trip. Shockingly, she got a tourist visa too!

He said they arrived in Atlanta, stayed there for a couple of days and then they went to Orlando to hit Disney World. He told me once they go to Disney, she changed! She became a mega b*tch and started arguing with him about every little thing. He said not matter what he did, she was always in a bad mood. After the Disney trip, they were supposed to fly to NJ / NY for a 2 week stay. She told him that she didn't want to continue the trip with him and that she was going to fly to Washington DC and stay with a "friend" there. She left for the airport and he hadn't talked to her in 2 weeks, no phone calls, no emails, nada! I asked him "What did you do when she told you she was taking off to live with her friend?" He said "What could I do? I can't stop her, I am scared because I hope she doesn't get in any trouble and they hold me responsible for her!"

He showed me pictures of her and she is smoking hot. Tall, white, green eyes, blond hair and an nice fucking body. I told him that she is going to be mobbed in DC, guys will be all over her. He was pissed because he had dated her for about 5 years and he knew she must have plotted her scheme for months before their trip. I really felt bad for him because he seemed like a good guy and now he has to finish his trip alone and go back to brasil without his girl.

That's what I thought. Their website is showing Rs253 (single) to just under 300 for a double. Ibis Copa a bit more at 350 though their downtown ones are slightly cheaper.

Hotel Praia Lido in Copa on Nosso Sehnora should solve your problems. It's pretty reasonable in price (regular roomatR$175) and very girl friendly. You will only need to pay extra for bringing two girls. You are are also a block from balcony and buses to Centro stop in front of the hotel.

Good location. But their current advertised rate is considerably higher. When and how did you get this rate may I ask?

That June and July of this year you have a little event called the World Cup occurring in Brazil? If you can find a hotel charging during the month of the event "normal" retail prices during the event, please let us know. There will be a premium that will be paid during this timeframe. Don't be shocked.

I wonder if there actually is any happy guy somewhere in the world, that is married with a stuck up, beautiful woman. I for sure have not seen or heard about happy living with a "model type" of woman.

However, I do have, met absolute sweetheart next-door girls that would have made excellent life-companion, if one wants to pursue that path in life.

I went out with a model and on our first date she made a scene for now reason. Right in the middle of her vying for attention rant, I got up and walked out leaving her to find her own way home. Hello guys,

I just paid my ticket to Brazil in June this year. So far so good. But now I'm looking for a hotel and I start to get worried. Somebody told me airbnb was interesting but all the places are not girlfriendly since most of the people offer a room in their house or the house rules says nao trazer convidados' (no visitors allowed). So I guess I have to look for a hotel. But which hotels accept me take home a girl for the night? I also wonder which room exactly I need. Quarto duplo? I need a simple hotel with pivate room and batroom. Thats it. And liberty to invite girls off course. If anyone could help me with this that would be so great. I'm happy to take you out if you're in Rio from the 18th untill 25th of June-)

I had to share an experience which I found pretty funny and poignant and possibly useful.

I had a gdp at MC the 4th night of my first trip ever to Rio and she was a stunner. I had her 4 times in 5 days-smoking hot.

On the Saturday I asked her to hang on the Sunday which she asked me money for. Dissapointed I declined and told her I had other girls from same terma who wanted to hang for free and who offered to take me to clubs and show me round.
