I found what you need, all in English. And it does say: 3. Take the form and the original and a copy of the following documents to the Brazilian Consular Service with jurisdiction over your area:

    https://www.receita.fazenda.gov.br/A...ro/fcpfIng.asp

And yes, the form you fill out is in Portuguese, but it is not complicated. You should be able to figure it out with a simple dictionary or online translation. http://translate.reference.com/

(Now if you will help me and teach me how to write CPF in the title with all capital letters. I'm never able to write in all caps in the title bar on this website, even when I go back and try to edit it.)

Good to know. Thanks for that valuable info. The reason that I lost mine was because I didn't fill out the annual declaration. Guess I will apply for another one now.

Just show them your apartment contract if you are staying at one, or make up a document if you have to. All they want to see is your address. Then pay R$5 or R$6 to the post office. They will give you a receipt that you take to a place called Ministerio the Fazenda (in Ipanema) and there you just have to bring the receipt from the post office and your passport to get your CPF. It should take about an hour or less wait time at that place.
Excellent. I appreciate you and Mr. Enternational assistance in this matter. Next time when I'm hitting Brazil, I don't want to cruise around without a CPF. BTW, I'm no longer impressed with Brazil anymore especially due to their first class prices. I have a great contact in Florida who just hooked me up this evening with a 5 8' tall super hot sexy P Rican model and the sex included anal and the damage was $200 for 2 hrs and she was stunning hot. No need to go to Brazil anymore to waste my time in Balcony or that rip off disco called Barbarella's. Honestly, it's not even about the money anymore, I couldn't find so called "Hot Girls" in brazil. I don't want to fly thousands of mile to sleep with an average looking chik. I rather travel to Moscow, Russia, or Kiev, Ukraine or something if my daily expense has to be $400 / day. I have done my homework already and know friends who are encouraging to donate my $$ into their economy. BTW, I'm going to London next week and Madrid, Spain by mid August. I'll keep reporting. Have fun.

Is that a Terma / Boite?

Yeah Rio is in full religious mode.

Am currently staying at Sol Ipenima-half work / half biz-no apparent problems bringing gdp's back to stay over.

Registered with one for first 3 days but then let her go and had another for last couple days.

I knew them bothe from Monte Carlo from last visit-no money just food and stuff-which adds up! LOL.

Can't wait for the 100 Million Rheal Pope to bounce.

    Monday will be fun.

Is anywhere open tomorrow at all-plan on hitting La Passion tonight in Lapa and a Botafogo game on Sunday.

Went to T65 last week- a bit too clinical and chato for me-sessioned with Natasha-pretty good-great personality but only a 7 out of 10 on the cama.

I like the more ghetto chicks-negras or mulattas-not so many in Terma Solarium, T65, T502, MC (a few more).

Where is better for these kind?

    I had one-Nyomy-at 4x4-she is a 100 out of 10-but doesn't work there anymore and number changed.

Hit me up if anyone's around to hang or have ideas.

    Peace

    The Chris Long Report

I totally agree with everybody else that Mr. Long wrote an outstanding report. However, being the Rio fan that I am, I need to correct one glaring inaccuracy in the report and make a few other observations. Especially for any newbies out there who are reading. First of all he wrote,"Rio is a normal city that has a few isolated P4P venues spread throughout the city." That's simply not true, and I cannot believe nobody challenged him on that! Those of us who love Rio know that it is no "normal" city! We also know that there are a gazillion places to monger all over town. Not just a "few isolated venues" here or there. Totally inaccurate and gives a false impression.

You know, Rio is not for everybody. If you need a "mongering strip" with big city lights and tutes hanging out in the streets asking "where you go?", then Rio is not the place for you. There are good places to monger all over the city. It's just not in your face like in Thailand, and certainly not concentrated in only a few areas. I kind of like that aspect of it. That really makes you get out there and get about town if you really want to enjoy the best of what the Marvelous City has to offer.

And as far as the quality of the women goes, in the end it all comes down to a matter of taste. In my view, no flat-chested, narrow ass Thai girl can compete with a hot, narrow-hipped, bubble butt Brazilian girl who throws down in the room like a porno starlet on contract at a major X-rated studio! One thing the Long report absolutely got right was that if you like anal (I do!) , then Brazil is the place for you my friend! When in Rio, do as the Brazilians do and butt fuck! Hahaha! I cornhole so many pretty Brazilian girls in the "assqueduct" that when I leave, I don't want to see another girl's butt hole for at least four months! LOL! Well, let's make it three! Hahaha!

But seriously though, obviously both Brazil and Thailand have their pros and cons. To earn your mongering stripes, you really must visit both places you see. Both countries are on the list of permanent monger member nations. LOL! Which one you end up liking the most will depend upon those intangibles that make a difference to you personally. I love the people of Brazil. Their culture, the food, the music. The look, feel, and vibe of the city. The "popozuda" and emphasis on the bunda (butt). These and much, much more are the things about Brazil that have captured me. I note too that Thailand is also very, very, very strong in many of these areas. So, for all of the uninitiated out there reading this who might be watching, wondering, and waiting, get to it! Discover for yourselves which one you like best. My heart and soul is with Brazil!

I plan to celebrate on Monday as though it were a Saturday night!
It's been terrible here. A bunch of JMJ (World Youth Day) kids running around, invading all the shops and buses. I couldn't even catch a bus home from Rio Sul mall on Tuesday night because every single bus was full heading towards Botafogo. I even tried to go to an Internet cafe to print something and it was packed full of JMJ kids. Plus, all the termas and prives are closed on Thursday and Friday. I too can't wait for the Pope and his JMJ followers to leave.
