only charged with robbery, [CodeWord123] and corruption of a minor. what, no kidnapping / unlawful restraint / aggravated assault / unlawful use of weapon law in brazil? those would be the additional charges here in the good ole u s of a. the kidnapping charge alone would send them on a long stretch to a federal pen. brazilian judicial system will probably release these guys while their case is pending. and upon conviction will only serve a few years. they may even qualify for house arrest. now, maybe you'll understand why brazilian police uses extra legal means to deal with these type of offenders or repeat offenders.

What I really learned was do a better interview. Telling someone to keep doing something while they don't want to really kills the feeling for me. I am not the kind of guy to force something.
