You have posed an interesting question. There is no question, for example, that many of the girls in Centaraus and Barbarellas were among the hottest P4P girls I have seen anywhere in the world. what you read below is the description of what goes on in cine iris. i have been there twice in 3 years, once out of curiosity and once to bust time after finding nothing of interest in ba85. first time, in time for the show and the second time had to watch porno for sometime. both times, felt quite a bit dirty that i went straight home, showered, changed and sent the clothes to laundry before coming back to the centro termas.

most boates have some show or the other but the strip shows in 4x4 are quite good. and you get to bang the girl if you are so inclined, may be even the next day. it shows you which ones are quite flexible, pun intended. you might even be pleasantly surprised when a hot girl is actually a hot milf.

Listen to Eric Cartman. Mongers (key word) go to Rio to fuck, not to be ripped off in some strip club (read clip joint). Dancing is free in the boate of any termas. No need to spend good money for that. Only people on the outside looking in would go to Rio inquiring of strip clubs. You are in the big leagues now. Save the teasing for when you get back to your home turf.

I have no worries anymore. I have offered my Italian aunt for one of apt around 125k US$ and hopefully once I get it and pay it in cash I got no lifetime worries for apt rental. I'm working on that right now. I'm collecting rents from 12 tenants / month, thus I know I'm kinda entered the successful persons league. Look if MC, Centaurus and other business enterprises can increases their rents so can I and able to compete and enjoy a certain lifestyle. It's a mysterious strategy.

Buddy I own 10 apts + 2 shops in a mall = 12 properties and let me assure you that a price of real estate property and pussy will always incline. One Italian lady I know who own 14 apts in Rio is telling me to get buy whatever apt I can get in Rio because the prices will go sky high within a year or two.

they are very very exclusive, set in old colonial buildings hehe. you should be in possession of a dirty raincoat or similar so you have no worries about the seats and can cover or uncover your john as the occasion demands. at the front desk, a lady will relieve you of the hard earned sum of, well a few reis, i can't quite remember. be sure to give her the right change as the notes you get back are invaraibly smellier and less attractive than the ones you just gave her. a suave gentleman will then unclip a metal chain, signifying, upon examination of the piece of tillroll paper bequeathed you by the front desk, that you are duly permitted to enter the hallowed buldings of shame. they are quite glorious architecture, with balconies, a stage, and unisex toilets. grime has been carefuly preserved at every point to maintain that historical wonderland feel.

as you first go in, your eyes will be unacustomes to the darkness. a number of persons will walk disconcertingly near, or hover with intent, as you try to tell by smell alone whether they are male or female. the best place to go on enetering is probably the toilets, situated at the right hand side as you face the stage. this allows your eyes to acustom themselves at a leisurely pace to things like the scratchy low-level film being projected inbetween shows and the barrage of persons of dubious gender in the toilet. don't be alarmed if a large black woman has squeezed into a cubicle with some difficulty. she is not in need of your assistance as she graefully anbd noisily voids her bowels while peering at you invitingly. your hesitation is your fortuante undoing as soon a young slave will have volunteered to sit on th elady's ahem. manhood. (there are some women there as well, but they don't fart loudly.)

you will find people move seats quite often and people dressed in women's clothing wil patrol the aisles and ask if you want to do something. i'm not sure what the 'something' is, but quite possibly a quick round of 'guess the gender' in one of the cramped bathroom cubicles, or a game of 'i don't care i'm desperate just suck me off please, it's dark' which wll probably be acomplished in the back rows. people in some rows will seem less interested in the film than who is sittoing three seats along. other people seem to roam aimlessly, never quite finding the 'right seat'.

when the strippers come on, there is a subtle riot towards the front seats, as these are the best. at this point the lights go up and everyone you can see is fiercely heterosexual. some of the strippers are quite nice, some ok, some downright ugly.

The start of gentrification? O Dia reporting that the monthly rents in Complexo do Alemão, a favela, have doubled since the installation of the UPP. 417 families have 15 days to vacate the premises. The rents were between R$100 and R$250 before, now they're from R$300 up to R$1000. The owners are also wanting a 3 months deposit. WOW! I wonder what the rent will be like, during the World Cup and Olympics? Maybe only foreign tourists will be able to afford. Once the Olympics end, I see the bubble bursting.

Maybe you never noticed but this thread has nothing to do with apartment ownership, property ownership, or any other real estate ownership. If this were such a thread I'd be talking about the 150 condos I own and rent out in Miami, the 85 I own in NYC, the 50 I own in Dallas and the 25 I own in Los Angeles, all with a minimum rent of $2, 100. 00 US.

Buddy, if you were smart you wouldn't own property anywhere in Brazil because they are overprice, many in Lagoa, Gavea, Leblon and other areas of Rio (95%) have questionable title ownership close to that of Lagos, Nigeria. Enough I'm going to talk about Brasilian real estate and that countries corrupt real estate market. And if your personality is reflective of what you type, I hope they rip you off!
