If this were such a thread I'd be talking about the 150 condos I own and rent out in Miami, the 85 I own in NYC, the 50 I own in Dallas and the 25 I own in Los Angeles, all with a minimum rent of $2, 100. 00 US.

Buddy, if you were smart you wouldn't own property anywhere in Brazil because they are overprice, many in Lagoa, Gavea, Leblon and other areas of Rio (95%) have questionable title ownership close to that of Lagos, Nigeria. Enough I'm going to talk about Brasilian real estate and that countries corrupt real estate market. And if your personality is reflective of what you type, I hope they rip you off!

Buddy I own 10 apts + 2 shops in a mall = 12 properties and let me assure you that a price of real estate property and pussy will always incline. One Italian lady I know who own 14 apts in Rio is telling me to get buy whatever apt I can get in Rio because the prices will go sky high within a year or two. I'm giving a serious thought while discussing with attorneys in US with Brasil associates, in order to make a legit transaction. However, I'm schedule to buy 2-3 apts in London in 3 months.

I agree with you on the girls doing well, you would see them eating in the restaurants, new phones and I would even see them shopping in the mall. I agree like in the USA they would send money home to their poor families. I cannot tell you how many times a girl I had sex would buy me a beer or dinner. I also like the GFE and sometimes the drama because you would try to spend time with girl for a day or two and another girl wanted to spend the day with you. From taxis, apartment rentals, beauty salons, women's apparel, cellphone and internet, restaurants and etc. Those girls who came to Rio to work from all over Brasil sent money home. Even the little kids begging for money and food kept stomachs full, clothes on backs and shoes on feet. Brasil is a country of class warfare, the "haves versus the have nots." The girls who worked Help gave hope to the have nots, who are mothers raising children. Brasil is a broke society; broke economically and broke by infrastructure. THose buildings downtown Rio will soon come down like one already did. South America is what it is, military junta left-overs. All we got to do is wait out the World Cup and Olympics and everything will correct itself in our favor. Brasil will not be able to function with their rising inflation. THe girls will be like I heard it was before Help. Pussy will be exchanged for a slice of bread.

There were no shots fired, and nobody was killed. Just a foiled robbery attempt. It was an American who brought down the robber. I had grilled Salmon for lunch there today, Monday. It was wonderful. Everything seems normal. I just wish they had better looking talent during the day.

I hate to bring up the name of the beloved departed, but Club Help was the be tourism operation in all of Brasil. The kept it simple and handled the biggest tourism attraction in all of Rio. I can't remember them having any problems that they couldn't fix right of way. But the assholes planning that fucking Museum of Sound are the same ones fucking up tourist attractions and events in Brasil.

The fucking Empire State building was completed in less time than the damn Museum of Sound. Maracana stadium and the one in Salvador will not open in time for the domestic tournaments nor Confederation Cup. Idiots!

I have to agree with this post I know some of you do not want to hear this, but, I spoke to a taxi cab driver one time and he said that the no. 1 question he was asked by far picking tourists up from the airport is where is help. I have stay in touch with him after help and he said his business is still down around 40, 0 percent. He said you cannot believe how much that one club has had an impact on Rio. But, everyone who went to help knows how crowded that beach was all the time. I know things have to change I guess for the better, but to bad for all the people that have had there income hurt by the closing of help.

It would be nice to see a solid detailed report on how Rio is preparing (and is not prepared) for the Olympics. I think someone needs to shine a serious light on how bady tourism is managed at major attractions like the Christ Statue. That would be a story worth reading.

Well, I finally made it to Rio for mongering after 30+ years at this hobby around the world. I had mixed feelings.

Since it was my first visit, I did not venture out too much. I limited my activities to Thermas and The Balcony (I stayed in Copacabana). By the way, the Marriott was completely girl friendly. They just asked for the girls' I'd cards when I brought them back.

I won't go into the fine details but here is my report:

Thermas: I went to Centauras and 4 + 4. Centauras cost me over 600 and 4+4 only 260 since I went before 7pm and saved the entrance fee. Of course, the overall talent and facilities at Centauras were much better but I did not think it was 2X better. The girls at Centauras seemed more hardcore and tried repeatedly to upsell me on a double. The girl I did even invited the friend into the room to try and persuade me. The girls at 4+4 seemed to be more "girl next door" types and much more eager to please me. Frankly, I had a better session at 4+4.

The Balcony: I liked this place. It was cool to just hang, drink a few beers and watch the action. There were plenty of girls, albeit many were downright undoable. One of them must have been 50+ years old. That said, I always managed to find a 7-8 in the bunch to take back to my hotel. Prices for ST were 150-200. Besides the everyday WGs, I met one girl that just came with her mates one night to have a drink and some food. She told me that every girl in Brazil will go with you for money. She did not have her I'd with her so she came to my hotel the next afternoon. I guess you could call her a semi-pro?

Barbarellas: I had a few drinks here. Most of the girls were really hot but they were quoting 350-500 ST. I did see a couple of the same girls from Barbarellas at The Balcony, obviously at much lower prices, but I did not enquire since they were not really my type.

In conclusion, my overall experience with Rio was good. Will I return? I am not sure. It seemed very expensive compared with other alternatives in Latin America.

Well guys, I just got back home on wednsday and had to be back at work right away so I didn't get a chance to write a report on my experience down there right away.

Today was my first day off so here it goes,

I was down there from January 9 till the 22. I visited MC, Centaurus, Solarium, and went to a prive. I had a pretty good time despite the weather being gay and it rained.

Pretty much everyday I was down there. I had about 4 good sunny days that I was able to enjoy the beach.

Centaurus- I went there 2 times. First night I went there, I was really shocked at the variety of girls there. It wasnt even close to what it was in the past. I went on a

Saturday around 8pm. Paid 540 for entrance and 40min session. Ended up with this petite blond who had been eyeing me the whole night. Performance was ok. I left

That night thinking, man what happened here? I still couldn't believe how bad it was so I kept thinking maybe it was just the day I went and it would be different next

Time. I let a couple of days go by and decided to go again. This time I went on a Thursday and let me tell you, as far as quality goes, centaurus is still the best! 9's and 10's all over the place! Yes I know, they are expensive but if you want the best quality in looks, I think centaurus is still on top.

MC- went here 2 times. In my opinion, mc is the best atmosphere to chill and drink and look at the girls. None of them are pushy and aggressive like centaurus. Paid.

390 for entrance and 40min. The girls here are between 6's and 8's in my opinion. Just becareful when you go to pay because if you use your creditcard or debit, they charge.

You 30 more. Overall mc is still one of my favs. Can't go to Rio without stopping by here.

Solarium- this was my first time here. Price is very similar to centaurus. Paid about 580 for entrance and 40min. I thought the place was very small and cramped. Girls.

Were ok. Quality wise, they were about the same as mc. I just went because I have never been here before and wanted to see how it was. I wouldn't recommend it.

Centro Susy- This was my first time going to one of these prives. Place is very small and cramped. You can basically hear everyone talking and fucking since the rooms

Are like right next to each other. Quality was about 5's and 7's. Nothing to brag about. If you're looking just for sex and don't care if they are smokin hot, this place is for you. Paid 110 for 1hour.

Overall I enjoyed my trip. Only thing I didn't get to do was stop by at balcony and check it out. Maybe next time ill have a chance to. I was born in brasil and has lived in the states all my life. I love RIO and will always make a effort to visit as many times a year as I can. I'm from chicago and the girls are like on another level here in Rio. I

Get so depressed when I come back home because I know I won't see such beauty for awhile. I'm already planning a April trip! LOL safe travels to everyone!
