I guess you have never been Stopped and Frisked in Rio. I have been twice, once in the early 80's leaving that Motel near Prado Junior and once in 2004 leaving Help with a buddy and 2 girls in a taxi on the way to Ipanema. I don't believe it was 12 termas targeted. This is not your typical did not pay the bribes raid. This is the party is over raid.

I commented privately to an esteemed member of this forum a few days ago that the government is out to clean house which will include Balcony. As far as I am concerned, both of those places can burn down. Luomo's is way over priced for the quality of women they provide (Has been that way for a couple of years now) , and Cent. Are asswipes for attempting and in most cases succeeding in charging everything upfornt. However, for those that enjoy those places, do not fear. Money talks. They will be open soon.
