Open last Saturday at posto 5, in Copacabana, and posto 9, in Ipanema, two new Public showers. For $R4 one can take a 6 minute shower, towels and soap included. The new posts have 3 female bathrooms and 2 male bathrooms, which still costs $R1. 50 to use. The unisex showers, where one can take a $R1 a minute shower were maintained.

Now if only they would add a couple cabines.

Lately, every time I am in Centaurus I see groups of visiting businessmen from other parts of Brazil and usually more guys than at the other termas.

I don't think they are hurting. As for the talent, Brazilian guys like blonds and that is what management gives them. Never liked the front desk personnel or the girls' pushy attitudes, but other than that, all is good especially if you are doing business in Brazil.

I won't argue with you there. It has been quite a while since I've visited Centaurus, but back when I did I almost always had a very good time. Used to drop lot's of cash there & have enjoyed some deep friendships with some ladies there. Yet the attitude of the desk personnel towards gringos (like me) always pissed me off & as I mentioned before I personally have never found the quality of women there all that impressive. Yes there are fat chicks at Centaurus as well, at least there were back when I used to visit. But I say do what makes you happy. I'm glad there are guys who go there and have the time of their lives. If everyone liked the same thing then the world would be a dull place.

While I'm typing this stuff out at an internet cafe in Catete there is this vapid & annoying California chick blabbing away on Skype about how Rio is dirty & how everyone is drunk and annoying her. Spoiled American women are bad enough but IMO Cali chicks are the worse. This will be my future in a couple of days. Thankfully where I live in the Bay Area there is a large population of hot little Asian chicks who are fresh off the boat. Will definitely make use of the Spas (ie, brothels) in San Fran for the next couple of months.

Some of my gal-pals down here are putting the squeeze on me (pun intended) and encouraging me to return to Rio in May instead of going to Europe. Sort of makes sense because in May the weather would still be good here in Rio and then I could wait until July and visit Europe during their summer time.

Orla Rio intends to replace all 22 existing beach showers with this model. It takes 3 months to remodel the existing posts. The costs for both new posts cost close to $R1 Million. For that price you'd think they could have included HOT water. BTW, that wood deck is plastic.

I'm not usually so big on negras, but she is a hot piece of dark chocolate. Gave her a little "lembrança" last night; because hot chicks should be showered with gifts. If I was a god I would make it so! Hooked up with some of my long time amigas last night at 4X4 including the little' hottie that I think is called Lohanna (I only call her by her real name). Has that cool tattoo of a panther on her lower back. She did an impressive strip show and afterwards wanted to spend time with me. No complaints.

Fellas, first and foremost I want to thank the panel for all the info, I'm heading to Rio on Wednesday. I've been there twice and my plan is to hit centaurus thurs night then do 3 more top tier termas by Saturday. I will make it a point to post every day I'm there and I hope my experiences will be of value to the new cats and all I got to say is. Times may not be be what they once were but let the good times roll. Only thing I will definitively will NOT be doing is balcony. I hit the ground Wednesday and will be sure to post reports. I'll even do Barbarella just for kicks. Talk to why'all soon.

I am glad you going down there, because I will be there VERY soon as well. Try to get names and post the prices too. I also like Centaurus and will go by there at least once I have already budget and sit aside $$ for at least 3-4 sessions at the place LOL BUT they have had some nice looking dimes each time I been there and had many come by my place too. I would also go by Balcony a few times since you down there BEFORE heading down to Barbarella I know some Navy Vets that have retired and live in Rio and they have told me many of the Barbarella's girls will go by Balcony 1st looking for tricks and have a drink or two before walking down the street to Barbarella's.

The girls will charge guy around 150-250 at Balcony BUT once they go to Barbarellas the prices start at 300 reals and move to 500 reals IF you act too horny or THIRSTY so be cool and act like you don't give a fuck so they won't raise the prices on you.

Regarding pricing. Aha you finally get what I've been bitching about. L'Uomo's pricing has gone insane. The girls there are just not worth that kind of coin. They really would rather bang 1 guy every 2 days at that price then do 2-3-4 dudes at night at a more reasonable clip.

At least MC kept its head. I got out of their tonight for R$421 (including an hour in the suite) and that was even with the girl I banged having ordered R$50 of drinks (dammit!). I usually don't stand for that but I know this chick and she lets me do unspeakable things to her, so it's the price we pay.

At the high-end T65 in Centro remains about R$400 with entrada for an hour (drinks on top of that). At the mid-range you've got 4x4 at what R$240 for 40 mins? And lower-end 502, MV30, etc. For less. In this world the privates remain great value but you have to put in the time during the day and call ahead for best selection.

The issue with ladies there wearing clothes doesn't really bother me. If they have nice bodies then they will wear clothes to show themselves off. If they are fat or have bad bods then those gals will wear a lot of clothes to cover up the flaws. Not hard to figure that out and it is exactly how they do things at clubs in São Paulo like Bomboa. I think the clothes thing is kind of cool as well and not the end of the world. Want to see hot dames walking around butt-naked? Then visit a German FKK. Love those places and plan to head to Deutschland again this spring.

I agree I also still feel the same way (girls wearing clothes in 4x4 isn't the end of the world). I am glad to see I am not alone maybe because I am more turned on by seeing a chick on the beach with something on like a thong and a top. VS walking around nude with nothing on even when I do go to go go clubs I find myself going after the girls with something on rather then the girls walking around nude.

So, I will be looking forward going to Rio soon and seeing what all the fuss is about.
