When is the last time you have been across the pond? I am in Rio right now and stand by my firsthand, on-the-ground observations. I have no FKK or Eastern Europe ax to grind. What I see more than anything is Brazilians in Subway sandwich shops paying about R$7 (on special) for a 15cm sandwich of dubious quality.

In residential neighborhoods, dilapidated buildings are being torn down and being replaced by multi-story apartment buildings which are selling for New York prices.

If your standards are "FKK standards", you will be very very disappointed in Rio. Same for nightlife. Very limited. Sao Paulo is whole different. I will soon be in both SP and Rio and am saddened to hear that the talent of Rio girls has dropped. I don't know how it is for others, but I personally can't force myself to spend P2P time with girls with less than attractive optics. This is a fair and reasonable question. So I'll try to give my answer: a.) this is the International Sex Guide, which doesn't have a focus on a particular location or region. So, inter-regional discussions and comparisons are fair game (and they make this board arguably a more interesting read than many other boards on this topic as TheWhoHa alludes to) ; be.) the service is to some degree standardized (BBBJ, often DFK) , as opposed to the negotiation that is commonplace elsewhere; see.) many times (though not always) the FKKs are a better value on a sex-for-money basis. Here's hoping the return of summer brings some hotties back into circulation. By the way, Brasil changed time today. Now 2 hrs ahead of NYC, soon to be 3 when the US rolls back in a week or two.

I live in Lisbon, travel 5 to 6 times per year to Rio and approx. 20 times per year to Germany.

We have in Lisbon all the Brasilian Bundas you can think of. In the German FKKs you find also all kinds of Latinas. For me the atmosphere counts and nothing beats Rio. The GFE even with a Terma-girl can not be exported to Portugal or Germany. This miracle works only in Rio.
