51 is a very wellknown cachaça. 51 and Pitú, and some other brands, are the cheapest cachaças in Brazil. They taste worse than horse-[CodeWord140].

Comparing cachaça is like comparing whisky. 51 and Pitú are the witch brew's. Ypióca's are quite good and drinkable, like Jack Daniels. You have several options of Ypióca, in the range cheap to very costly.

Then you have a lot of really good, and expensive, cachaças that would be equivalent of good single malts like Laphroaig, Ardbeg, Oban (14 yo) , Talisker (10 yo) , MacAllan (12 yo) etc. Cachaça from Minas Gerais are my favourites.

I like cachaça, but I prefer a good vodka. Don't get me starting comparing vodka's. Kovak and Orloff taste worse than rotten milk.

I have been to 2A2 several times with both GDP's and non GDP's and the swing club in Barra Henry Club. I have always engaged with other couples in these clubs even though not every couple has wanted to engage with me.

ok, i don't want to oversell it with a title like "l'uomo. more like lame-o?" but let's just say my last visit to l'uomo was a very expensive shower (r$70) before i fled to mc.

that was probably 1 month ago. and since then i've seen a lot of change in the "team" at other t's, both zona sul (mcs) and centro (502, 65). so i figured maybe i was due for a re-visit to l. if nothing, the cartman is an optimist. plus it was 8. 15pm and after working from 8. 30am-8pm i was not looking forward to a ride to centro, and mc seemed so, well, predictable.

Are you looking specifically for garotas Brasileiras, or just to get laid non-pro regardless of nationality? Hostel is probably the easier place to get laid for free in Rio, at respectable quantities, unless you are Nordic-looking or speak good Porto. I believe the Newark flight goes to São Paulo; you then change planes to a plane from Houston which is on its way to Rio. The return flight is presumably the reverse of this itinerary.

This is old and no more, Continental stiil goes to Sao Paulo but they no longer hook up with the Houston flight as the Houston flight now goes direct to Rio. In theory you could still fly ewr gru on continental and then pick up a Tam fright gru gig but I have never seen them present a good schedule or price for that.

Best flight now from Ny is American or Tam direct from JFK GIG.
