Posts: 143Opened a restaurant 2 blocks from 4X4!!!
Just to let you guys know I opened a restaurant 2 blocks from 4X4 on the main street Primero de Marzo. The name of it is Aquarios Grill, open from 11am-5pm. It is a perfect spot to go before you hit 4X4. If you guys do go there, just mention WSG and have a beer on me with your meal! I appreciate your support. I will also really appreciate it if you PM me and tell me about your experience eating there. Thanks.

It is often the little tips and the insights about the average Brazilian's mindset that I find invaluable.
What I don't really enjoy is when guys simply objectivity the ladies. No, I'm not out to fall in love or looking to overally romantize the experiences with them. But these ladies are human beings, and I personally find I have a more blissful experience with them by treating nicely. But that experience ends when the hour is up, until I may see them again. There are only two GDP's that I maintain contact with on an on-going basis and that is because they are helping me on a (non-sex related) business project. Contrary to what some here say, some of these ladies have other aspiratons and more drive than to take a guys "clean nut in their mouths until they are used up has beens that have no option but to marry a Brazilian guy that beats them every day." These 2 ladies have proven to be quite ambitious and bright. And I certainly have zero use for the guys that feel that R$100 gives them the right to abuse a woman. Those guys have issues.
Like I say the only time I pay for it now is occassionally when I am in Rio or SP without my lady friend for extended periods. And what usually happens is I will find one or two GDPs that I really enjoy (and that also enjoy couples) and will session with them with my lady when I return to Rio with her. I actually don't even pursue anything while in the US. I just find it a real hassle as I have a tight business travel schedule. Brazil has spoiled me in that regard, knowing I am just weeks away from being back.

Of course they are talking about PROSAL and PERKELE, the bullies of the forum.
Well.. shouldn't I? But most importantly shouldn't we? It's not their forum.

For majority life here is eternal struggle without any reason for happiness.
Its easy to see that your contacts are thieves and prostitutes (not trying to say that ho's are bad people), who are "improving" their lives through "rich" gringos.

The point is that if something really attracts me to Brazil is precisely that elusive search for happiness.
I don't pretend to have all the answers, but of all the places where I have lived (and I've been around), Brazil still is a very special one. Capable of making you both extremely happy and extremely unhappy...
That Brazil is a bureaucratic disaster? Probably. That Brazilians are nuts and obsessive? Sure. That social differences are huge and offensive? Definitely.
Still I find an energy and beauty in Brazil that I can't find anywhere else. Both in nature and in people.
In the so-called first world we all care too much about our careers and our stiff rules, and we don't even struggle for happiness anymore.
It's just a fake happiness made of symbols and depressing objectives.
What is more, I've known people with a pureness of heart I couldn't find in the first world. Definitely not in Bel Air or Park Avenue ...and I'm not talking about Copa.
Brazil is much bigger than Rio!
Believe me, I have known my share of multimillionaires. From New York to Silicon Valley. But are they happier than those people from the favelas marching on Carnaval for a couple of hours?
Do their lifes have more sense and meaning than a Vinicius de Moraes song?
Are they any better?
Well... I know that Prosal and Perkele have a good answer for that (hey, they look so happy)...
but I dont.
