What is the best time of day for a first timer to visit VM and what is the preferred method of transportation.

Last night after we had our fill of the Termas, SinfullyKorean and myself tried to catch an uber to Mosaico at approx 17:30 hrs to no avail. Not a one would take the ride. This makes me think maybe they don't want to go there in general.

I'm also looking to hit up club 116 if anyone has any tips for that location.

Interesting that an Uber wouldn't take that ride.

It was most likely due to the traffic heading out there at that time, not dangerous, especially pre dark.

I always try to Uber out before 5 pm or after 8 pm from the beach zone, for the traffic congestion reason.

On return to the United States you just need antigen test which you can get at Pacheco drugstore on nossa senhora Copacabana 534, they give you results in 20 minutes, depending on when you go there could be a short line.

Yes. I just got to Brazil today. They were doing random spot checks at GIG Airport this morning. However, in the USA, American Airlines wouldn't even let me check in for my flight without a negative PCR test, and self check in for my flight was not allowed, the machine sent me to a customer service agent to confirm my test results.
