One of the benefits of learning Portuguese and spending more than an occasional week in Brazil is that you get to know the locals and if you are lucky, the sharing of a laugh or a drink together. When most of you talk about Help, it is the girls. For me, it was my dear friend, the Chicklet Lady. I would always stop to buy Chicklets and I would always offer her 1 Real.
