I get these messages from northern hemisphere rich world contacts through all means including this and my view is that it's crazy not to be at the beach or pool in the sun in Brazil which is healthier.

Everyone wants to be dominant to tell someone put on a mask or two. But being in the beach and sun is arguably the healthiest and happiest place to be.

My local contacts like IT pros say there will be blocos under the radar trying to party. I clipped the below from a local website, which my contacts suggested. Of course, they think the beaches will be open.

In any case my favorite time is after the carnival, and so I am not that concerned, and in fact, my rent at Transamerica was not increased for ano novo or carnival, so I am not that concerned on that score either.

If anyone has better websites and / or information with local blocos I would be interested; or anyone with information about the location or translation of any of the below.

I echo the points about RJ being better than SP because of beaches and hiking to locations like waterfalls on the transcarioca trail which is in Floresta Tijuca, IE the forest on the hills going up from gavea to christo redentor. These are truly awesome hikes and experiences which most tourists miss. I am on my 27th trip over 13 years and I am just scratching the surface.

For those familiar, looks like they are trying to put on an installment of the well-known Rock in Rio festival in September. As it stands now, I'm not too excited by the bands. One line-up appears to be heavy metal.

Caught a bargain banger that I snap called at rua sa ferreria. (Says in ad) of PA. I talked about this address before. Anyhow 19 couldn't understand where was she from. These girls only know how to fuck it seems. Making brazilian porn star eye contact together etc. She loved ass licking and the sort. 150 for the hour, paid her 200 for 90 mins.

It was shot on 30th Jan this year, we know for sure because at 25.26 the soccer fans are going crazy because their team Palmeiras from Sao Paulo scored the only goal in the Copa Libertadores final, which is the major soccer club competition in South America.

The game was played in Rio but no spectators were allowed in the ground bc of Covid, but that rule didn't apply to the bars apparently LOL.

I've clipped some maps that cover the route of the video, roughly from barra posto 2 west towards Olegario Maciel, where the cameraman makes a left / North turn, then walks two blocks.

At minute 18 you see Raval, Olegario Maciel 135.

At minute 21, the cameraman turns around at the spot which is the best dancing spot for real dates. Take those dance classes at the YMCA before getting on the plane, men. Zoomba, or whatever they are called.

You can also see Av de pepe 400, ie, Perola Negra, which is within a good outfielder's baseball throw of Ibis.

Across the channel is Rio Beach Club, which is ground zero for the jet ski fleet of Barra.
