I really believe you don't need to go over 300/400 per hour (or several) for high quality talent. Per noite at Mabs I've only tried once and scored for 400 for all night. I would be fine 500-600 for a girl that was drop dead. 1000 is pushing it for me. I believe you can find talent and make some long term arrangement with plenty of girls. PA at 150 is usually a bust. I'm not a big fan of being overcharged and believe quality doesn't improve, or it's some personal disdain on my part. 300 is my base offer, although I had this cumslut wanting to bang me for 200 HR. Between 200-400 Reals or there abouts in Rio's tourist areas. Some street vendors I got to know told me they could take me to where they lived and at the bars there I would find as cheap as 100 Reals to 150 Reals. They mentioned I would find women for that much even though those venues were normal bars and night clubs. Haven't seen anything cheaper. I never took them up on visiting their neighborhood but at the time I didn't think anything shady about their offer. They just thought I was over paying in Copacabana.
