In Buzios, yes, it is BYOH, but the Ho usually has friends, and those are the ninfetas of which I speak. Ninfetas are teens (over 18), new and eager to get into the biz.

Yesterday, I showed around a ISG member. First we met up at Club 31, (Rua Alcatara Machado 31). There were 4 girls, with which we talked. I got a number. Cover was 10 r per head.

Then we went to 65. There were 10 or so. Quality was good. I got 2 numbers. Some hot morena was walking into the boate as we were exiting. My wingman wanted to hot morena, but she was already gone by the time we got back up to the boate. The cover was 70 r per head.

We went back to Copacobana, had dinner at a seafood place, Principe de Monaco, at Miguel Lemos 18.

Then we went to Solarium after a break for some work at his hotel.

At solarium, I got at least 4 numbers. The cover was 120 r. The standards are high, but I can't say they are necessarily high in the sack, where it counts. My view is that Exec Talent is right that the best talent in the sack is to be had from the prives, where one should make an appointment for 30 minutes, get the number then go for the mini relationship.

Then we went to Mosaico. Cover was 30 r, which covers at least 2 drinks. I got 3 numbers.

Then we broke for the night, a good basic recce of the Rio termas from the low end dark side to the high end Solarium to Mosaico, even with a quick walk through of VM all included. How's that for a leader's recon in Rio?

Haha, good ol' Ho Beach. All you had to do was smile at a sexy girl on the beach. If she wouldn't stop smiling at you, she was definitely available for some Reais. You could get her phone number and if your room was nearby an afternoon session was also possible.

True, been to Buzios several times, and no local "scene" exists there AFAIK, but fatalmodels.com can help. I used them in Paraty this winter -- no drama and good service. What I like about that site is that they pose with an ID number that must correspond to the number on the background. Makes sure you're getting a girl in the pic.

I've stayed at Porto Bay and ordered a girl around 5 PM. Front desk called and asked if it was ok to send her up. No charges or extra registration hassle on my end.

As far as hotel itself goes I'm happy to sign off on that as well. I work in hotels and am self described hotel snob since I can sense the real level of cleanliness, always. I was impressed for sure. Nothing spectacular in terms of lay out or furniture but very clean, and the bathroom was actually really nice. Spend the extra money and go for a room with a balcony. You know that whole BJ enjoying the views thing people have talked about. The balcony isn't very private, you can easily see your neighbors and they can see you but at the right time of night its possible.

Years ago I had major issues with Porto bay. Was traveling with my then fiancé who was not Brazilian but was darker skin Latina. On our way back to the room one night security tried to stop me. I got in elevator and said don't play around with me. He demanded she go to desk to show ID and I said she was registered with me and gave room number. He refused. Pulled me out of elevator.

Next day I demand to speak to manager. Explained the situation, pointed to rock on her left hand and said his security guy ruined her trip. He was cool. Said nothing he could do would compensate. I had already booked another stay two weeks later and told him, if I could, I would cancel. He sent up champagne and tray of fruits.

When we returned, he upgraded to suite with a nice view and again champagne. I forgave them. Stuff happens but how you handle can save a customer.

Can you explain Buzios? Didn't get the feel that there was much of a scene and quality to be pretty meh there. I only browsed photoacomphantes and didn't see anything I liked.

Only poor people who live outside of zona sul that goes to the Zona Sul beaches? That was a funny statement. Rich and poor goes to the Zona Sul beaches. In Leme, Copacabana, Arpoador, Ipanema and Leblon people have their favourite part of the beaches. Surfers, fishermen, dog-owners, gays, marijuanasmokers, beachtennis-players, futevlei-players, the young/chique, the mineiro-tourists arriving by bus, the homeless, the putas, all have their part of the beach. Beside those groups, the cariocas are spread out along the beach.

The locals have their favourite spot, and they always come down to the same spot. The locals that live in the Zona Sul favelas have their spots as well. The povo from the Zona Norte favelas and suburbanos are mostly found on the part of the beaches close to the metro stations or at Arpoador, as several buses from Zona Norte have their final stop at Arpoador.

The locals bring just what they need to the beach. The ones who are foolish and bring fancy cameras etc are tourists. Thieves stroll along the beaches and scan people to find victims. It can happen everywhere. When going for a swim people ask the neighbour to watch their stuff. Not complicated at all.
