    Pestana Hotel

If you stay at the Pestana, make sure you get one of their top tier rooms. Although the room I had "passed", I was a bit disappointed with the upkeep. The common areas were decent, and as Rio Bob says, the place is girl friendly. It's in a decent Copa location too.

Open for whoever knows best practices. Thanks.
Many of these women look TGTBT. They either don't work there or they only do massage (and if your lucky you might get a HJ).

Exec Talent has a lot of experience. Hopefully he can shed some light on this matter.

I don't mind having to register them as long as I don't have to pay. I see you all saying pestaa is girl friendly I had originally booked there but too many poor reviews had me choose portoboy, just FYI.
That's good to know as it is closer to Leme, might have a few nights in there myself thanks for the heads-up.

Checking in Guests can actually be a good thing. If Brazilians are asked, they must show their National ID card to police. This ID card has their photo and fingerprint.

The last thing a girl wants to do is lose it. Because the front desk clerks like you (you did remember to introduce yourself and now know them by name, right? You can ask them to request the girl's ID card and hold it until you give them the word that everything is OK. This also gives them the chance to tell the girl that you are a nice Gringo. Guys with no social skills will tell you all that matters to the girls is money. Yeah, sure. We will go with that.

My type is pretty face, nice smile, natural breasts, small to medium firm bubble butt. Brazilians like bigger women with larger butts and legs. Pony to horse asses. So, if you are a guy who likes my type, you might find more of them available to you in Rio than elsewhere because they are not in demand. If you find one you like, hang on to her. She will be glad to have a regular client and not shy about showing her appreciation.

    Fake Photos

Rio vets will remember Karla Models (an escort agency) and The Book.

Pictures on their site had blurred faces and you could either pay to see The Book without blurred faces or an escort you had ordered would bring it with her.

Unlike places such as Barcelona, most of the girls will not have their bodies altered in photos. However, their faces may not be as attractive as you had hoped. I usually make appointments with massage site girls. The girls on the massage sites have always been the ones in their photos but not as glamour shot looking. The reason I do this is because if you just show up and request a lineup, you get who is available. The most popular girls might not be available.

    Hotel issues in Rio

Really want to book a hotel for next month as it seems the way to go for an inaugural Rio visit versus a Copacabana apartment but it still appears to be a coin toss (other than the few top shelf hotels) as to whether your going to be heading up to your room alone.

Not a fan of love hotels and just enjoy the company in my own comfort and surroundings (preferably with a balcony). I miss the ease of Thai guest friendly hotels but got to get some poonannie somewhere.

Are we limited to just booking the 3 in this post without issue or any other properties or workarounds?

    Thanks Gentlemen.
Pestana and Othon Palace are also both girl friendly *I've been told* but as I have never stayed in either property I have no idea whether they are or not. Based on other reports on the thread I would have booked Miramar, but Miramar for me has been one of the most difficult. One of our party even tried to politely tip the security guard / doorman but they were having none of it. I was told by my local friends that The Windsor Group have been having issues with girls so put a blanket ban on them, if they've signed into the room it is fine but otherwise it is a straight no.

AirBnB's work fine and if you search you'll find some with balcony's, mines certainly does for my next stay, I would advise 2nd or 3rd night tipping the doorman and learn the phrase "obrigado por cuidar de mim". (Thank you for looking after me) As a gringo you'll be able to access most of the hotels without being resident, we often drink at the Hilton rooftop, Miramar etc as no one tends to stop you if you know what you are doing, you can even use their pools just take your own towels.

WRT taking girls back, it really is hit-or-miss and I think a lot of it depends on how the girl looks. The girl I had at Fairmont showed up dressed respectably, but most of the girls don't because they simply don't have the money to buy nice clothes.

Like you I am not a fan of love hotels so I'd be more inclined to AirBnB it.

Windsor Leme point blank refused anyone in my room. I have stayed at Miramar loads, and in fact have stopped staying there now only due to their inflexibility with visitors.

I stayed at Fairmont last time I was in Rio and had no issue getting girl in, met her in car park and was not accosted by security.

We tried anal which she happily accepted, I couldn't get in. She was just too tight. I will head to 583 at some point soon. She is definitely worth the value and a quick bang (I think can be had for 70).

Anyhow, I banged two other randoms, one was Giovana Branca. Nice girl and service but not my type.

I've come to the realization to have sex with top tier talent (which is why I've come to Brazil), you need to pay 200-300+. Maybe I'm wrong, but everything for 100-150 hasn't been what I've come to Brazil for, and I'm fine with that.

    Cheers.
200-300. That's a whopping $37-$57 USD. I think we can all afford that! Although it is fun now and then to hit the low-budget venues.

For those reasons I have been booking apartments the past few times I've been and only in hotels for a week or so at the end of my trip, I am doing exactly this when I am there later this year and will stay at Fairmont for the last 8 nights, whilst Hilton is cheaper, at 250 are $ per night for company this can add a significant amount to the bill if you return with more than one girl.

Hotel tip: Book for two people and if you want you can check one girl in FOC. It has been my experience that when you return with another some hotels charge and some don't allow at all.
