That Belmonte is one of the worst meals I have ever had. I wouldn't be surprised if that is what got you sick. I cannot believe that anyone who has eaten here before, eats here again. There used to be a Quadrifoglio Restaurant nearby, before they moved to a mall in Barra. That place was good. This Belmonte SUKS!!

You have good taste. I used to go to Quadrifoglio Restaurant all the time and was great location right down the block from Solarium Termas. I usually would go to Solarium and session then walk down the block to Quadrifoglio and have a great meal. Too bad they moved as I still would have been going to Solarium, I haven't been to Solarium in many years probably before Help closed and I doubt I would go all the way out to Barra for new location of Quadrifoglio when there are so many restaurants just as good in Copa/Ipanema area.

So, usual apartment date was had by Vagabundo today.

The girl arrives at 11 h, left at 17 h, I paid her 250 r plus 50 r transportation, and 50 r for Mary Jane.

Apologies for the delay between day 3 and 4. Getting used to the new normal of life in London at the moment with Corona Virus etc. Transitioning a very old fashioned (and outdated technology) office to everyone working from home has been a struggle. So there were only 2 of us left in our apartment as the others had gone to SP but we had been left with a request to try and get tickets for Flamengo v Botofogo and had heard that the club shop at Av. Borges de Medeiros, 997 - Gvea, was the place to head to. On one side of the training center was hole in wall ticket offices and we got tickets there are $80 each, you needed I. The but they didn't speak English. Afterwards we headed around to the club shop and got The football shirts and my friend got basketball top as well. Played some of the football tennis (badly) inside the shop. Also took a tour of the mesum. Knowing little of club football outside Europe a lot of stuff in the museum didn't mean a great deal too me.

As we were halfway there already after finishing at Flamengo we headed here. I have been to a few botanical gardens over the years but this was is massive. I enjoyed looking around and would recommend it.

Afterwards went out looking for cash machine as I wanted to head for Solarium in the evening and didn't want to head back to the hotel. For the first time I tired other banks other than Bradesco. I tried just about every other bank and it was a complete blowout for all of them. In the end I did find a Bradesco and could get some money.

Arrived here around 8 pm. Girls hear were in dresses rather than bikinis. A definite negative for me compared to Monte Carlo. Not the same ability to check out the entire physique.
